Fishing up random stuff

Hi Gang,

Pretty simple!
I'd like to add some random stuff to the fishing minigame.
With a very small dropchance you can Fish up a boot, Fish up some swimshorts, Fish up cocaine dropped in the sea by cartel.

I think it could be a nice little way for people to have Roleplay opportunities.
When people fish up drugs they get the chance to report it to Law Enforcement, or choose to otherwise distribute it.

I think this addition could open up some fun interactions, let me know what you guys think
