Change the location of /sethospital

The GPS position is set to the lower pillbox area, which doesn't have anything for players, you can't get to upper pillbox without driving to it since all the doors are locked.

All of pillbox's features are located upstairs hence why the /sethospital should make your GPS location that part instead of lower.
