Julius Enrique
‘Plum’

08/05

2025

Welcome home Party

Block Party

Julius Enrique returned for the first time in 6 months and didn’t the city know about it. So many people turned up for this event and the chaos started.

The party started very small with only the Locos ,Girlies and OTF to start with, however one AD put out by the Girlies and the city started turning up. DJ Woj got the party started  playing tunes throughout.

With more people starting to turn up the Barrio got full. Free alcohol was offered and arguments started. People knew not to mess with a Locos event with all the boys dancing the night away

So many members of the city turned up the party flooded out onto the street. A couple of arguments were flying around but nothing could stop Julius Enrique’s welcome home party. The party lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes with people dancing none stop. The police didn’t show up and if they did they couldn’t stop the fun

After Months of building a close relationship with Waterfelons we decided to have another meeting considering so much has changed since the last. both gangs are happy with the current rate of exchanges After a good catch and all new members getting to know each other. Autumn and Fernando agreed they would match taxes now the locos had more to offer. BUSINESS DONE.

Autumn had a great idea planned to make sure this wasn't just a typical gang meeting, She floated the idea of a good old fashion game of Bulldog, which Locos were well up for. Everyone met at the football pitch in mirror park, where multiple games took place and plenty of FUN SHARED. Goodbyes were exchanged. ANOTHER alliance strengthened.

With Numbers growing and cash flowing the locos are becoming a force to be reckoned with. its only taken a few months but the locos have gone from a small laughable organisation to a street smart powerhouse. Now that there is more grey check lurking around EL Doggo And his Right hand Fernando have been keeping they’re eyes on a few of the core members to potentially move into positions of power, question is who?

Chumash Bank robbed!

Los Santos was rocked by a brazen robbery yesterday as an unidentified gang executed a meticulously planned heist at the downtown branch of Chumash. The robbery, which unfolded in broad daylight, left city residents in disbelief and law enforcement scrambling for answers. Witnesses reported that a group of masked individuals entered the bank shortly after opening hours, brandishing weapons and demanding money. The robbers, estimated to be at least eight in number, were in and out within minutes, making off with an undisclosed sum of cash. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported, but the incident has sparked a citywide manhunt. Police are urging anyone with information to come forward to bring the perpetrators to justice.

Los Locos & 14k Triads started their relationship with a few familiar faces which created a mutual agreement, however it didn’t take 14k long to go back on their word, it became apparent 14k had zero respect for Los Locos which was a problem...

It’s been non stop conflict for the last month between the two gangs with no sign of it stopping until of recent, 14k were on the radio and Jimmy Lynnch took the opportunity to ask High command to down the Barrio to establish the situation, would the war continue or was it time to do business.

Both high commands came together, tensions seemed high in the Locos bar, with Phil beginning to open the conversation which resulted in Flavio interrupting with a “Can we get to the point” Fernando feeling we were being disrespected once again asked Flavio “Do you have somewhere more important to be if so, more then welcome to leave.” Terrible start...

After Tensions cooled down, Fernando suggested fighting was bad and we could work some good business. we struck an agreement of truce in which we would let all members know of this truce and stop the fighting and arrange a more formal business meeting.

The next day some of the amigos were cooking at Voodoo and 14k Pulled up, Wojtek began talking to the leader Lucas discussing the truce and next steps for a meeting with radios out, an altercation begun in the lab which ended a mass shootout started by two 14k members..

Lucas then made it pretty clear he doesn’t want any truce with Locos after all the fighting and the attempts to discuss business you’d think there would be some level of respect but clearly not.

We will continue to fight them in the North, continue fighting in the south, we will keep fighting off their ambushes at the barrio. Los Locos will continue to fight until high command can meet again, 14k Triads are fully aware Locos door is always open to new business deals but not at the expense of being disrespected.

A dark, dull cooking session at Banning soon turned sour when 5–8 unidentified, masked, and armed men swarmed Locos. Soon the radio chimed and the word "Rooks" was being thrown around. Shortly after hearing this, a familiar black Jug was spotted outside by Doggo and a few rogue Locos. It didn’t take long before Doggo realised it was Chase... the whole reason Rooks and Locos were at war.
It didn’t take the Locos long to try to box him in and draw guns, but in that moment Doggo had a choice: kill Chase and boost his ego—and also gain bragging rights—or try to lay the first brick towards building a bridge between Locos and Rooks. Doggo commanded the Locos to withdraw while he and Chase traded a few words. Chase informed Doggo it was not the Rooks pushing the lab, and Doggo trusted his words. Before driving to help fight off the attackers, Doggo extended his hand verbally by telling Chase, “It’s time we meet and finally bury the hatchet.” Chase nodded, and both drove away.
A few hours passed, and Doggo was chilling in the barrio. The hour was late when a blacked-out sports car entered the Locos HQ. Out stepped Chase... alone and ready to talk business. Doggo, seeing how he was alone, understood that Chase was respecting him and the Locos—as he and Chase both knew Rooks were the bigger fish in the pond and didn’t need the Locos. Doggo’s respect for Chase grew enormously, and it didn’t take long before Doggo and Chase were discussing business.
Both Doggo and Chase agreed enough Rook and Loco blood had been spilled, and it was not beneficial for either side to continue this war. Doggo told Chase Locos would provide them with drugs, chops, and cash if and when needed. In return, Rooks would provide guns and armor. Both parties agreed. However, both Doggo and Chase knew this was less about moving stock and selling guns—and more about coming together against a common enemy.

The next step... More power, more guns and more of an influence on the city, since the last conversation Los locos had with the cartel their foots been on the gas, distributing ingredients all around the city, supplying countless gangs with cash, drugs & chops. CEMENTING THEMSELVES IN THE CRIMINAL WORLD. ALL WHILST CONTIOUSLY FIGHTING several wars BUT THIS HAs NOT STOPPED LOS LOCOS COGS FROM TURNING. Cartel have put their trust in the locos and are now arming them, allowing them to take more of Los Santos and making sure everyone knows Locos are on business but we aren't stopping here, Los locos want to be at the very top... Los locos ship is sailing and you don't want to miss boarding...

LOS LOCOS STRENGTHENING BUSINESS & ALLIANCES

An insight to Los Locos taking care of business and building stronger alliances in the city.

LOS LOCOS Supplying ingredients

El Doggo made it very clear to all command, he wanted ingredients stock piled ready to supply Locos and external gangs on demand.

The first business was set up with Empire. It was simple: you keep supplying the Armory, and we’ll ensure a continuous supply of ingredients for you. El Doggo and Romeo shook on the deal. In the last month, over 5,000 units—with a street value of over a million—have come Los Locos’ way. Multiple cookhouses and business deals have kept this alliance the strongest it’s ever been.

We approached the Lost MC to reinstate some business, and very quickly, Jimmy managed to strike a deal with Vritza involving the drop-off of over 2,000 ingredients. A few days passed, and the transaction was completed, resulting in lowered taxes and a strengthened alliance.

Finally, Phil and Diddz have been dealing with Frankie from the Shadows, who showed a clear interest in ingredients. After a sit-down at the bar, they agreed on a deal of 500 units per week. Within 3–4 weeks, over 2,000 units had already been moved. This helped both parties agree on fair taxes and solidified a stronger alliance across the city.

LOS LOCOS Buying & Selling

Mid command wanted drugs sold and Low command wanted armoury stocked for Locos to fight the current wars.

We had a steady flow of drugs coming in—more than our dealers could manage—so we met with OTF and began supplying them with weekly batches in exchange for heavy guns and armored vests. Helping OTF manage their dealers really started to build a solid alliance, which led to us working together on a few criminal activities.
Doggo also spoke with Jimmy, and they agreed on a two-way deal that left both sides satisfied. The partnership continues to grow stronger.

After a long-fought war with the Rooks, El Doggo and Chase managed to put their differences aside and bring Locos-Rooks business back to the table. Shortly after the agreement was reinstated, Diddz and Fernando took the opportunity to pick things up where they left off. They called Chase and delivered a few brown-wrapped blocks with very high street value. The exchange was made, and just like that, Locos and the Rooks were back on track toward mending their relationship.

A few Locos had been chopping for weeks and had stacks of cars waiting to be moved. Los Locos didn’t have any direct dealers interested in them, so Jimmy reached out to the Lost MC. Before long, a shipment was set up with three vehicles delivering multiple chopped cars to Stab City. Vritza was very happy with the deal, which led to us revisiting our original tax agreement.

LOS LOCOS Strengthening alliances

Locos are always looking to help friends in the city, especially gangs that extend their hand to the Locos.

Los Locos and Bratva have been allies in the city since the day the Mexicans arrived. They’ve always extended a hand to us, and we’ve always done good business in return. In the early days, we exchanged large amounts of packed cash for ingredients.

Bratva came by the Barrio and let us know they were moving to new turf in the city and wanted our help. Details were discussed, and we began assisting them—supplying enough packed cash and car parts to help them take over new dealers in the area. We didn’t think twice about agreeing, as Bratva had always been good friends to us.

High Rollers and Locos struck up business one day when Paul began reaching out to see what we could offer each other. We had a very successful meeting, where both sides agreed we could be of help in a few key areas. Since then, we’ve supplied each other with guns and pulled off several successful bank heists together. We’ve continued to support each other with supplies and even held a second meeting to ensure everything was still on track. So far, our alliance with High Rollers has been nothing but smooth sailing.

LOS LOCOS Exploring connections

Los Locos are always ensuring they keep in touch with well established and new gangs in the city. you never know what it may bring you.

After our war with ESM ended, they reached out to arrange a sit-down meeting to touch base. The meeting was set, and we made the short trip to Mirror Park to see where our relationship stood.

Firstly, we had a good catch-up about our previous differences and all agreed that we wouldn’t let ourselves slip into war that easily again, as fighting is never good for business on either side.

Some positive conversations were had about what we can now offer each other and how we might benefit one another in future criminal activities. Overall, we left the meeting in agreement that if either of us needs support, we know where to turn.

A new gang called Off-Grid sprang up, and High Command made it clear: let’s set up a meeting with them to see if they need our help. Command arranged the meeting for that same week.

We both took some time to explain our motives in the city, and at first, our goals seemed very different and apart—until we mentioned guns and banks. We suggested providing firepower, which was especially effective when fired from a vehicle, and that really caught Off-Grid’s High Command’s attention. We proposed that with their driving skills in the city and our firepower, they could cause serious problems for the cops. One member even suggested the potential opportunity for them to create distractions while we hit a bank, which excited both parties.

Both gangs were very happy with the meeting. Numbers were exchanged, and business was ready to be conducted. We were glad to help a new gang looking to thrive in the city.

What does a loco look like? How can you tell its a loco?

Muscle Cars:

If you spot a grey muscle car driving through the city, 9 times out of 10 it’s probably a Loco. You will always be able to recognize a Loco by their muscle car. If they aren’t parked at the Barrio, they are parked at the next event, sitting stationary in style. It’s not always about speed — sometimes it’s just comfort and class.

The Shirt:

The famous Locos shirt... Some call it the tea towel, but no matter what you call it, you sure damn well know it’s a Los Loco. No matter where a Loco is — at an event, cooking drugs, in a police chase, or selling tacos — the shirt is always worn with pride. That’s the Locos way: we want to be seen and heard clearly by every gang and police department in the city. Locos do not hide.

No Robbing:

Doggo has had a strict rule since day one in the city: we were all once that solo guy who was cooking, chopping, or picking. We do not rob that solo guy — we always look to extend a hand. One day, that person may remember the time they were robbed, but Los Locos will always be remembered as the guys who helped them, not robbed them. Always extend your hand and set an example.

Taco Selling:

Since fleeing Mexico all that time ago, we all took our grandma’s taco recipe with us, and we’ve been spreading the Mexican taste all over Los Santos — selling tacos on the streets, at events, and even in cooking labs, keeping some of the most dangerous criminals in the city full. All the hard work has earned us a new shop soon to open: Locos Tacos, featuring a special drive-thru service — the only one in the city with Los Locos.

The streets around the Southside were currently a war zone, with both street gangs bashing each other's heads in using anything they could get their hands on. Guns were currently off-limits, with the police department suppressing the whole area. Tensions had been rising on the Southside of the city between two gangs encroaching on each other’s turf. They had been friendly neighbours for a while, but we all knew that wouldn't last forever. Jimmy Solicetto saw Los Locos growing stronger week by week and decided it was time to try and slow them down. Jimmy approached Doggo at the block. Both leaders came to an agreement: we see each other on our turfs, and it’s KOS. It was simple—both gangs wanted a piece of the other side, and violence was how they planned to get it. Moments after Jimmy left the Barrio, Doggo gave the all-clear to Los Locos over the radio: "You see any OTFs on the turf, you smoke them." It didn’t take long before a massive shootout broke out up the road from the Barrio, with members from both sides dropping. PD intervened fast, and maybe some of the amigos were going down for a long time. An opportunity arose shortly after, allowing Los Locos to spray their tags all over the walls. While some of the amigos were doing that, Niko & Fernando hit Grove Street Goodies, robbing it for every penny and trashing the place. The real question on everyone’s mind was: what damage would be caused from the mayhem? Would there be a truce at some point, or would both gangs continue to pile on the pressure? [Spoiler/]

Since Locos rise in Los Santos the Cops have always been sniffing around the Barrio looking for any evidence to take us down, since the first raid on the Barrio a long time ago, we were always one step ahead...

In recent times the PD & SD seem to have made it a priority to take us down! Undercover Detectives and SWAT have been applying pressure in a time where Locos are raising the HEAT in the South side.

Compromising Imports, Raiding our drug cooks and Constant pulling over "can you please step out the vehicle, We have a K9 and need to check the car due to an ongoing investigation"

The locos need to stay vigilant and have eyes on every corner... we need to Watch Our Backs... BUT SO DO THEY!

In the Barrio, the cold, dark skies of the night covered the Mexicans on their block. It had been a long day for them, as usual, so they decided to chill outside and share some tacos together.

Suddenly, a chilling sound of an engine down the street filled the air, causing a flock of birds to scatter from the apartment roofs. Curious, the Locos stepped out to the main road, trying to get a glance at who it was.

They all saw red and shouted, "DRIVE-BY!" — dropping the tacos and running back into the block as the roar of the engine crept up behind them, followed by a burst of gunshots and what sounded like thunder.

It was over quick. The groaning pain of one Loco echoed inside the Barrio. No one was dead, but they all looked at each other with vengeance burning in their eyes.

Plenty of time had passed, and many conversations were had about what took place. The Locos finally decided to gear up and hop inside the Moonbeam to take a little trip to O Block.

It was broad daylight, but the Locos could care less — they were out for blood, and they weren’t leaving until they got it.

After a few minutes staking out Jamestown with no one in sight, the Mexicans grew impatient. They knew where their rivals lived.

The doors of the Moonbeam slid open fiercely, and shots were sprayed through the windows of the opposition’s apartments — screams and cries followed.

Tires screeched as the van darted away in seconds. All the Locos involved washed up and disposed of their weapons before relaxing and waiting for Weazel News at 6.

Guffy’s Underground Garage
Los Locos were approached by Guffy’s underground garage with a proposal to judge muscle cars due to their expertise in the matter. Kaz, Virgil and Woj were appointed as the judges and all was set in preparation for the event.

The judges inspected cars that came from all across Los Santos. The decision to appoint 2 joint winners came after great deliberation from the judges, after a strong show and display.

The winners were announced and the after party commenced. The Locos partied for a few hours before calling it a night and returning to the Barrio.

Family
The Shirt represents family, once that shirt touches your back not only will you have a new family but you will also have a new home.

Respect

While respect is earned, with the shirt comes a level of respect. This level of respect and trust was built by previous and on going Locos

Purpose

With The Shirt also comes purpose and a sense of direction. You will be given jobs and responsibilities to keep you busy, happy and active

Fun
One of if not the most important thing the shirt represents is fun. we pride ourselves on enjoying the 1 life we have, while we do have responsibilities within the gang without fun what is the point? what’s it all for?
Notability
The Shirt represent our aim to always be noticed and to stand out from the crowd. being the most predominantly dressed gang has its blessing and curses but the good out weighs the bad

LOS LOCOS x SENORA OUTLAWS

News had reached the barrio about a new “gang” that had sprouted from a handful of Ex Waterfelons. As expected it didn’t take long before both parties agreed to a sit down as both gangs wanted to kick start business.

Locos were under the impression that this was a face to face gang on gang meet but upon arrival locos outnumbered the new gang 3-1. We met up at !redacted! Just after dark, a huge table awaited the locos with the boss of this new gang sat at the helm.

Introduction were first, names were being passed around and the odd slip of a phone number here and there. After a short while talks begun and that’s when the leader of this new gang introduced himself, his command and his gang.

The senora Outlaws, a gang build on honour, pride and self image. The leader explained what they wanted from the city and how they were going to achieve it, EL Doggo explained how he doesn’t want to see this gang fail and promised he would do everything in his power to keep them afloat. However Lost Mc had approached EL Doggo warning him of this new gang and explained that by helping arm this new gang locos would indirectly be declaring war of Lost Mc. Although Doggo wanted to push the Outlaws to greatness first he had to set ground rules.

Firstly he told the outlaws that they are bottom of the barrel in this criminal world and they need to earn respect as well as respect the already established apex predators like Lost Mc. Secondly Doggo explained that any weaponry brought from the locos were not to EVER be used against Lost Mc and by going against this would mean a huge problem for the out laws.

Lastly the locos had to show they could and would provide and that their word can be trusted. Doggo made eye contact with his low command and nodded, Reggie stood up and grabbed the crate he brought with him and placed it at the feet of the Outlaws leader. Doggo explained this was a gift, a token of friendship and a piece of what’s to come in the future if they do business with locos.
