After years & years of hidden away at what their Father call “special camp” Ricky Perro has finally come home to his brother EL Doggo.

Ricky suffered from a mental deficiency and was looked upon as the shame of the family causing him to be shunned and sent away, to maintain the Perro reputation.

Upon returning to his brother and mending broken bridges, Ricky discovered that his older, wiser and better looking brother was the head of a crime Familia know as Los Locos... not really understanding what meant Ricky took his crayon out of his mouth and vowed to join this family, and his brother welcomed him with open arms.

I am writing to inform you Ricky has come home and has take his place by my side, no longer will he be shunned or looked upon as the black sheep of the family.

 

He has already proven his worth and i am very unsure what they did to him at this “camp” but his talent for making ecstasy is sublime.

Business with ‘the church’

After a relentless few months in the city, Los Locos kept crossing paths with a gang called ‘The Church’. We had already exchanged some small business with these guys so we knew the potential was there for further business. After a conversation amongst Los Locos we thought it was only right we meet officially...

One of our middle command’s ‘Virgil’ had the meeting arranged.... Date, Time & Location was set. Los Locos were welcomed along to The Church’s HQ. All high command were away on business so ‘Virgil’ & ‘Phil’ along with some trusted members fronted the meet.

Before the business started, both gangs engaged in a relaxed conversation sharing morals, Principles & aspirations which led us to realising how similar we were. We knew this would make business much simpler for us both moving forward.

As expected the meeting went as smooth as you could think., the main two goals were discussed, establishing our alliance & how we can benefit each other. Los Locos extended their hand with a proposition which may be of interest to The Church, after both gangs ironed out the numbers and logistics of this business deal, both were in agreeance that we would all benefit from it. Los Locos have gained another alliance and business opportunity.

As always Los Locos began to wake up ahead of a normal busy Friday night however they were immediately fronted with some bad news on the radio... “The Barrio is locked down“. Jay, Fernando, Ricky & Ace all rushed down to the barrio & confronted the first officer with a “What de f**k is going on here”

 

Los Locos were almost instantly warned to stay back and told there was a ‘Police operation taking place’ leading from an on-going investigation. The Sheriffs department had every entrance and roof around the block cornered off, we had no chance of even getting close or seeing inside... This was clear now someone was getting raided, we just didn't know who or how many...

 

As Los Locos do best we pestered and probed at the surrounding officers, trying our very best to find out any information but SD were very tight lipped throughout the whole operation. This didn’t stop Los Locos from continuing to try and interrupt the unwanted visitors.

 

Fernando was tazed for not complying to the officers five second countdown to move away from the scene, as a result of this Jay was then arrested for assault on this officer. Shortly after Ace tried to breach the back entrance and was detained for the duration of the operation. Paul was woken by all the commotion and dragged out his bed from an evening nap and detained. Whilst this was all happening Ricky was trying his best to get all evidence recorded on his phone, Interviewing officers and Amigos to give views and comments on the situation.

 

After SD had began to pack up, the realization of what could of happened had started to set in. SD convoyed out of the barrio, the amigos rushed in and begun checking doors looking for any forced entry. As this was happening, Paul came running into the barrio “Amigos, stop. They hit Phil’s apartment”

 

We rushed inside the apartment and was all left shocked with what we could see. Silence filled the room. Every piece of furniture was upside down and Phil's remaining clothes and work tools were left on the floor of the gutted apartment.

 

Los Locos had been attacked by SD....

 

Phil was called back to the barrio and broken the news too. Phil took the situation in and looked around the group and said “It’s a few guns and drugs, they wont defeat me that easily”

 

Shortly after, El Doggo warned the whole organisation “I warned you all a week ago, They are on to us, they want us, everyone must ensure they do not get us, we must always have the last laugh”

With some new arrivals, the Locos were taught the efficient, green ways to Garden with maximum profits.
The Locos gathered at the nearest Estate Yard, Trowels equipped and seeds at the ready, they planted like no Mexican has planted before.
The yield was incredible, Immaculate Holes were dug and three truckloads were planted.
The Locos turned Jamaican that night, bunning up the rasclat zoots one after another.

two shady men showed up to the barrio and said “we need to talk to el doggo somewhere quite, its very important” El doggo & Fernando were in the barrio and moved swiftly and accompanied the two men somewhere quite and relaxed. on route to the location with both shady guys following, el doggo says to Fernando “Hermano, you do know who this is yeah?” Fernando Replied “no idea amigo” ”el doggo replied ‘these are the big fish in the pond, the big f*ckin fish Fernando” We arrived at the location, it was business time. we all hopped out of the cars, entered the premise and BUSINESS GOT STRAIGHT UNDERWAY.

before even a name was exchanged one of the men said “I’VE BEEN HEARING & seeing LOS LOCOS AROUND THE CITY AND I'm IMPRESSED. YOU GUYS MAY NOT KNOW ME YET BUT IM “redacted” AND MY FRIEND HERE IS redacted. NAMES WERE EXCHANGED AND WE NOW KNEW IT WAS THE LEADERS OF THE CARTEL, THE GUYS WHO Controlled EVERY SINGLE Import, IN and OUT OF THE CITY... THE BIG FISH, THEY OWN LOS SANTOs.

EL DOGGO BEGUN TO SPEAK ABOUT HOW LOS LOCOS operate AND MAKE THEIR MONEY AND THEY SEEMED TO ALREADY KNOW A LOT OF THIS AND REPLIED “WE KNOW A LOT OF THIS, WEVE BEEN WATHCING YOU GUYS AT DEL PERRO MOTEL. WE’VE HEARD and seen the shear AMOUNTS OF DRUGS & MONEY YOU’VE BEEN MOVING AND ITS CAUGHT Our ATTENTION, WE THINK YOU COULD BENEFIT US”.

 

The Cartel CONTIUNED WITH “We want to put you in contact with one of our street guys but WE got one issue, we cant ignore the fact right now you are based right in between 3 large gangs territory being ‘rooks’ ‘msr’ and ‘shadows’

El doggo replied “we knew we’d have this issue the day we moved into to del perro”, and a choice would have to be made, a hard choice but what choice did we have.

redacted replied “I want to put you in contact with one of my street guys who will allow you to import illegal light weaponry but not until you've decided if you are staying at del perro or not. its not an easy decision and more importantly its your choice, you guys take some time and get back to us.”

El dOGGO & FERNANDO DECIDED TO WAIT AND CONSULT THE REST OF THE HIGH COMMAND BEFORE MAKING A DECISION AS THIS ONE WOULD DECIDE THE FUTURE OF los LOCOS. the cartel WRAPPED Things UP WITH “WE LIKE WHAT WE’VE SEEN ALREADY IN YOU AND THINK YOU HAVE A BRIGHT FUTURE IN LOS SANTOS “

NUMBERS WERE Exchanged AND BUSINESS WAS CONCLUDED FOR NOW but El doggo knew one day he would be faced with this tough decision.

high command gathered at the barrio for an emergency meeting. El doggo’ broke the exciting news which came with a ‘but’. El doggo went on to explain option one we stay and fight one of three gangs for their turf, option 2 we find somewhere new.

Ideas were thrown around the circle, some clashing conversations, some couldn't see life without the barrio, some could see it as an exciting new opportunity. Jay WAS worried we may struggle to get our hands on apartments, Carlos willing to fight anyone in the way of los locos future. Fernando & PHIL EXCITED AT THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPAND THE BUSINESS.

after hours of conversations, one of the points which stood out the most was ‘The barrio wouldn't be heart of the los locos without Loco blood running through it”.

el doggo finished the conversation with “we made the barrio A Heart, The Heart Of Our Gang! And We Can Do It Again!”

 

locos left the barrio WITH THEIR EYES & EARS TO THE GROUND, some spoke with close allies and it didn't take long before they stumbled across somewhere. we pulled in, hopped out the cars and something felt...right ...instantly. El doggo turned around and said “this might be the one”

We scoped out the surrounding area and bumped into a shady guy across the street we asked him “ANYONE LIVING IN THAT MOTEL?” THE GUY REPLIED “a few guys in and out but the blocks been quite since the last gang left, It’s been very quiet.”

AFTER SOME THOUGHT BUT NO REGRET, El Doggo made the phone call To the Cartel “We’ve decided what pizza we want”

With Numbers Growing and business expandning it became clear to the high commanding members of los locos that del perro wouldn’t and couldn’t be “home” forever, with that being said the mexicans have decided to leave their so called “Barrio” and have sent out scouts to locate a new HQ

The “Barrio” had been home to the locos for 4 months and it became infamous for being the place to go for all your criminal needs, however with the presence of other criminal organisations and the LSPD the “barrio” never truly felt like home

The Desicion was made, minds were made up, bags were packs and cars were moving. While leaving the barrio was hard and broke many hearts the locos staying true to the old barrio they had left had spotted a nice tidy lttle motel similar to del perro but something was different, something was off... home.... finally after months and months the locos had finally found a home that they could easily and with full certainty call THEIR HOME!

 

Billingsgate Motel, yes it didn’t have the same ring to it as Del Perro Motel, however this was thier first taste of home since tijuana, and it didn’t take long for walls to be put up around the perimeter and flags erected. also with a helping hand of some “big fish” the Locos had acquired a special little room at said motel, really cementing their mark on the area.

 

aFTER A SHORT BREIF CHAT WITH THE LOCAL BUSINESS MAN THE LOCOS SWIFTLY GOT TO WORK MAKING A HOUSE A HOME, DRUGS, GUNS AND MONEY WERE ALL BEING distributed VIA THIS NEW AND IMPROVED HOME

Amara kindly invited Los Locos along to their special day, where of the course Locos were much appreciated for the invite and excited to show off their smart check suits for the evening.

Paul “Aloe” Vera

Paul Came to us from Tasmania Aka Aussie land, Paul grew up a nobody in a backwater shit city, but knew he wanted change and after years of fighting kangaroos and drop kicking koalas Paul decided to leave the comfort of his easy 9-5 life and fly to los santos to find a better life

 

Paul came to us fresh off the plane, the second his passport was stamped, he was on the phone to Phil, “Aiiight fella fancy popin by del perro and having a chat?”, And just like that paul met the locos, instantly becoming an asset for the gang.

 

Paul found his feet “cleaning” the houses in the vinewood hills, his money started to take off and it wasn’t long before he was calling the shots, paul started to take command of some of the newer guys showing them how to make cash but more importantly how to be a loco

 

Paul has risen fast and high due to his diligence and money making, arguably one of EL Doggos best guys, the future of Los Locos looks bright with Paul among their ranks

 

 

 

Ricky Perro

 

Ricky Perro, the black sheep of the Perro family, at an early age Ricky’s father notice Ricky wasn’t like normal kids, no, rather than drawing with crayons Ricky would spent his time chewing them to decide his favourite flavour... its blue by the way.

 

Because of such Ricky’s father sent him away to a special camp hidden under a fake name and was forced to be forgotten, all to save the Perro family’s reputation.

 

However Ricky sought out his older brother Pedro for help, shortly after finding his brother Ricky soon learned that his brother was now known as EL Doggo and was the leader of an infamous street gang know by Los Locos, Ricky didn’t know much about gang banging but he did know that red crayons taste like the bottom of a bus seat, and just like that Ricky took his place by his brothers side, he became a Loco and no longer is he known as the black sheep

The city hall construction job

After the dust had settled from the devasting attack on city hall, El Doggo, Amy & Miguel headed down to pay their respects. El Doggo found himself in a conversation with Cob to see if Los Locos would help clean this mess up. After ironing out all the details, El Doggo agreed the price and it was time to round up the amigos.

RATS IN THE BARRIO

LOCOS WERE LOADING THE LAST BUNCH OF TOOLS INTO THE TRUCKS BEFORE an SD vehicle rolled past and instantly turned in, officer said “what are you lot up to here then”

As you can imagine los locos got their back up very quickly and begun a back and fourth with SD which after plenty of words exchanged thankfully no amigos were arrested and everyone was ready for work.

Day 1 Completed

LOS LOCOS COMPLETED THEIR FIRST DAY CLEARING UP CITY HALL. RUBBLE HAD BEEN BROKEN down into black bags, bins were filled and emptied into trucks. Locos were trusted with some heavy machinery which helped the days graft.

Los Locos decided to all go back to their private CLUBHOUSE AND HAVE SOME WELL DESERVED DRINKS & OF COURSE shake some ass,

Day 2 Completed

Los Locos were back at city hall very soon after the last shift looking to keeping chipping away at the job.

LOCOS WANT TO ENSURE THE JOB IS FINISHED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WITH A Satisfied CUSTOMER.

we cleared most of the rubble on day 2 and began tidying the landscape and fixing external parts of the building.

Another successful shift at city hall, the place slowly starting to look normal again. Cob let Los locos know they are doing a great job.

Day 3 Completed - ‘The Night shift’

Late into the night, we had enough locos around to get some serious work done on the city hall job so we tooled up and headed down

last part of rubble was cleared up and the surrounding landscape was tidied.

window frames were prepped as the new windows were delivered.

three windows were inserted and sealed with some questionable health and safety measures.

After two locos were injured during day 3, cob surprised locos with a taco truck on lunch time.

Carlos ‘CLAPPER’ Chops

Carlos Chops is a ruthless figure within the Los Locos, a man whose cold eyes are as dark as the metal strapped to his hip.

Carlos has earned his stripes in the Locos with experience from his violent past, most of which came with being in the Chops Family - A notorious criminal organization in Tijuana.

Carlos is the kind of person you don't want to cross, with a reputation that whispers through the streets like a ghost. 

When Carlos is called, you can expect to be jolted awake in the dead of night, hearing the muffled screams of your family — bound and gagged, their terror filling the silence.

Carlos’ name echo’s in the Locos he is swift with a strap, his movements smooth and precise, as if the weapon is an extension of his own body. In Los Santos, his name is feared — a reminder that when he aims, no one survives.

-Carshow & Raffle-

 

Virgil was sat quietly in his apartment, doing his daily Sudoku and was interrupted by his phone buzzing.

He opened it... thinking it was just a daily story post from Fernando, but no, he leaped out of his chair reading - ‘The Event is on’.

He gathered the La Familia: ‘I want Tacos, Tequila, a Raffle and the perfect weather’.

Everyone rushed and got to work. The Taco truck was manned, the raffle car was bought, things were looking increadible.

Just look at them... How could you not buy a raffle ticket!

Virgil had it all planned out.

Firstly, the Taco truck - Jimmy put himself forward running round the event bringing in customers.

Virg got Phil and Paul as the sellers, taking in money and handing out fresh Tacos and Tequila.

Music, Virg knew the man, Harlo was his name. He was told to do what his heart felt, Dios Mio, he knew how to get the party jumping.

Lastly, Security... There was only two men for the job. Diddz & Carlos, they stopped all car robberies, making sure to take names and bodies if needed.

The Locos were firing out Tacos, Water and Tequila, like a freshly loaded Rifle. The smell of Taco’s and the Hellfire’s Engine filled the air.

Virgil knew, with Jay, Fernando and Diddz tickets would fly out, and so they did.

The party went long into the night. People were mingling, a taco in one hand and their raffle tickets in the other and cars were staying locked.

The only time they stopped dancing was when Doggo announced - ‘LAST CALL FOR RAFFLE TICKETS!’

After Long anticipation, the wheel was spun and Mexican Ricky announced our winner.

All the hard work paid off. Everyone left happy with full stomachs, aching feet and the thought of ‘When will there next event be?’.

     Los Locos x Black Corp

Strengthening connections

Black Corp invited Los locos over to a private pool party for drinks and music. everyone was enjoying themselves and Raul & El Patrone decided it would be a good opportunity for high command to catch up. we spoke about how business has been for both of us and El Patrone showed us some of the new stock available which seemed to have a few of the amigos interested.

We started talking about the last deal and what we wanted in the new deal. it did not take long before the small balcony began to feel like a sharks tank with El Patrone and El Doggo having a back and fourth both wanting the best deal possible for the gang. Raul had to step in at one point to Defuse the situation between the two passionate characters.

After some hard balling from both sides they managed to meet somewhere in the middle and both gangs were satisfied with the deal. This deal was different to the first time, both sides were really on board and it didn't take long before multiple drugs were exchanged.

It shouldn’t come as a surprise that fernando has risen so high in Los Locos, simply due tio the fact that any and all business flows through him before it come anywhere near the gang.

Fernando has become the brains of the Locos and has played a key part in growing the locos from an ill equipped street gang into a thriving dangerous armada

EL Doggo knew from the start that Fernando was the key to a successful gang and thus mean’t he was always hard and harsh when it came to Fernando, at time said harshness almost caused more damage than it did good, However it made Fernando flourish into the perfect hier to the Locos.

Without Fernando the locos would be lost and would not last the week El Doggo is very aware of such and has decided to make “Nando” his right hand man meaning Fernando now is hier to the gang, anything happens to EL Doggo, Fernando becomes the Jefe, Fernando now has bcome the second most powerful member of Los Locos... Los Santos Beware

They’re here to stay

You might have heard about the locos, and if not, you will..

Proving their worth in Del Perro, the cartel wanted more reach in other areas of the city and approached the Locos to facilitate this.  Though torn at what was being asked, the Mexicans were fast to find a new place to call home; the “Barrio”. With a new base of operations and the favour of the cartel , there’s no telling what is next for the Locos Familia.

A new home means new neighbours, and new friends.

The Locos may have found their perfect location, but it was encroaching on turf that belonged to a prolific gang in the city; Only the Family. Conversations were had, agreements were made, and business was concluded quickly; Only the Family welcomed the Mexicans to the neighbouring streets with open arms, eager to see what these new boys were about.

El Doggo is known by many, and by some as “Jefe”; he commented on the move and their new home.
“The amigos never cease to amaze me. It was a tough move for them all but they’ve handled it well and have the Barrio feeling like home, truly”.
“I can’t comment on what is to come next for Los Locos, only that the sky is the limit. Los Locos on top!”

Phil was browsing his Cellular device, newly set-up by Virgil (His old age cant comprehend technology), AND BANG, he saw a new video on Life-Invader ‘MAN FIGHTS OFF THIRTEEN KANGAROOS WITH ONE HAND AND LETS OFF A BOOMERANG WITH ANOTHER’.

‘Crickey’ Phil thought, ‘This mans got some talent’. After a various search, he found him! - Paul Vera was his name. 

He made a few calls to his distributors in Australia and gathered enough information on Paul to give him a phone call.

The call started with a ‘G’day mate’ and ended with ‘Cwarr blimey, I’ll be on the flight at seven PM sharp, dont you worry Phil’.

Paul knew this was a fresh start, somewhere he could really put his time to use.

3 Months down the line, Phil and Paul are now buying and selling unlicenced Firearms, Drugs and whatever they can get their hands on.

A black super car pulled into the barrio and WAS instantly fronted by the amigos ‘WHO’S THIS’, WINDOW ROLLED DOWN AND MASKED MAN SAYS ‘WHERE’S DOGGO WE GOT SOME THINGS FOR HIM’. doggo & Fernando got back TO THE BARRIO and welcomed the two men into the bar. two tequila's and two whisky's were poured and a catch up began.

CATCH UP DONE, REDACTED Began TO TELL US HOW WELL LOS LOCOS HAVE BEEN DOING IN THE CITY AND THEY’RE IMPRESSED WITH THE BUSINESS WE’VE DONE. REDACTED WENT on TO EXPLAIN HOW HE WANTED BUSINESS TO CONTINUE BETWEEN US AND HIS ORGANISATION BUT WANTED BOTH SIDES TO UP THE RISK AND QUANITY. redacted OFFERED US SOME STRONGER PISTOLS, AMMO AND ATTACHMENTS BUT ALSO OPENED US up TO A NEW PART OF THE MENU, DRUG CHEMICALS AND CHOPPING EQUIPMENT.

It didn’t take long before Fernando whipped out a compact AK-47 and stated “Right... you all wanted it, now its here” and now the convocation on his lips was one of WAR AND BLOOD.

Fernando along with the odd implement from Phil practically took the meeting on instead of Doggo for once.

Fernando simply told the amigos, grey on grey war is here, esm want the smoke so we must deliver, no loco was to be left behind and everything that wasn’t Loco’s grey was instructed to be riddled with bullet holes and terminated

Tensions had been rising for a long time, and finally the pot boiled over, EL Doggo was approached by Chase in the middle of a Regiment event, insults were thrown, egos were hurt and all manners of decorum thrown out the window.

As disappointing as it is unfortunately the Rooks pushed for this, the locos have always respected the Rooks and have always kicked things up to them to keep relations tight.
