make the command /time visible in RP focus chat filtering.

pretty simple request, allow the command /time to be used and the output seen when on the RP focus chat filter. would be a nice, simple QOL so that if people need to get RP proof with time, they can do so with the chat filter on, so longer RP isnt interrupted by server chat, OOC, or Weazel.

PLUS A BAJILLION!!

 

It would make it a lot easier to see and screenshot proof of RP, without it being messed up by other chats, such as dispatch for LEO players, weazel ads, faction chats, even staff chat for staff members!
