Highly unnecessary, houses are of a limited supply. We don't need a select few people owning half the housing market.

apartments and credit apartments are NOT a good solution to this issue. and should not even be considered as such.

I disgree, i started 4 years ago playing and already then the housing market was taken in a lot, the housing market crashes once a year. You juts need  money management, risk taking, calculation and seeing vallue, and lots of patience. I am super wealthy on the server, meanwhile there people who played longer then me, still complaining because they made not a single dollar because of poor decision making, 

People have houses sitting empty, why not convince them to sell it ???…. But you gotta actually do the work and pay

what exactly do you need a 6th house for?

Garage space? then the solution isnt being able to buy more houses, the solution is to buy more public parking spaces.
storage? buy a warehouse / business property

people dont need to be buying several houses for no good reason. theres a finite amount available, and people owning so many is a problem.

Your logic works if it is possible to build new house. something that TECHNICLY is possible, but would contribute to lag on the server.

even the richest people on the server. don't need a stack of houses. only other person I know who complained about this issue. was someone i played with back in 2020 who wanted countless houses just to rent them out.

Sure, good money. but its unfair for other players who want to buy a house and not rent one. Plus, makes very little sense to make it to Diamond VIP can buy 1 more house. when you need to pay money for more house slots anyway.

specially since Diamond VIP is TIMED. it expires, should you lose the last 6th house you bought if you lose your VIP?

- renting propperty doesnt work, people just top paying after 2 weeks.
- on the VIP diamond, yeah you have a point, I just want more places I have good rp with,
- other point I was taking is I struggled my way up to, I see manny people complaining about inequality, but so was this for me and you can still make it, but people are at this point just begging for everything to be free, because they lazy, its not their fault, the gaming industry in general has created people to be like that. it took me a lot of effort te be where I am at and manny risk I was scared to make

i just want to make diamont vip more attractive to people, for the sake supporting the server. and yeah an extra house slot would for me well.
read most of my other suggestions.
my main intests are
- i care about people logging in. and stay logged in
- I care for the server benefitting from donating.
- more social interaction.
- and ofcourse the benefit of action taking and actually be rewarded for it,.

read most of my suggestions, you will find very thoughtful that I implement most of those elements

Theres lots of other VIP perks that could be introduced, which i do want. instead of  this an oddly specific one that would only affect a handful of people. if they introduced say, a perk where you car gets special wax that reduces the rate of dirt build up, or one that speeds up the many, many, many skillcheck minigames around the city. i would feel far more motivated to keep buying VIP than if the richest of the rich can own more property.

Or heres one that would increase VIP sales by 200%, a reduction in licence suspension time from 24 to 12/6/3 hours

I've been on here for 7 years.

and trust me when I say. Houses have never been the core of any reason for social interaction. most houses are very bad for RP. they specially with the available server scripts and restrictions. Building is a huge step to make them RP-able. but it don't save all of them.

approximately 90% of the current player base use a house for the following reasons:

• Stash house
• Temporary gang HQ
• Vehicle storage
• Landmark for a small group of people

Very few people actually uses the property for RP. and SPECIALLY for Social interactions.

 

Yes, Houses can provide a HUGE amount of RP, but for this to be the case. the server needs to introduce a few scripts and functions that would give houses more functionality

 

some functions that I got at the top of my head that would help are things such as:

Enterable Garages

This was already worked on and planned by @Paulius a little while back while creating the house robbery script, but he ended development on it for some reason, This allowed players to enter a house garage matching the G's of the property.

 

Growable dirt

Adding the ability to grow things such as food or marijuana plants on your own property was also planned and being developed a while back, but was also scrapped

 

Functional sinks

From what I know this was never worked on, but allowing the use of sinks to refill a bottle of water

 

Liquid storage:

This was talked about between me and Osvaldon regarding trailer functions, but was as far as I know never worked on

Could be used to store fuel, water, soda, alcohol and other things like that in a buyable liquid container and then dispensed at a later date

[This I will make an official Game suggestion for at a later date]

 

 

This is just a few of the many things you could add to houses to make them more RP centered. this reply went on way longer then i wanted it to. but my point stands.

Houses at the current state is NOT. worth the RP aspect. that you're aiming to try and hamster all properties for.

 

specially nothing that you can't use a Business property for, using the Property request page on the GOV site.

Good point and good idea, but i get for the diamond vip already free carwash so its a bit of a pointless idea

Dude i get a carwash and by the time i drive up to paleto sticking to the roads the cars already covered in shite again. a perk that reduces the buildup of dirt would be a great idea. until they build a carwash at paleto and sandy or fix the carwash charges at mechanic shops. one of the 3.

it does build up a lot tho and fast,especially up north, but it makes rp no sense, you see
