Cannot CTRL + A in chat input box

Issue/bug you are reporting: When typing, you can no longer select everything you've typed so far by pressing CTRL + A, likely after the most recent development post indicating that "CTRL + A selecting everything" was fixed. Given this update, I'm not sure if this will actually be seen as a "bug", but in the previous chat, you were able to CTRL + A to select all typed text in your input box and not select the chat itself.

Expected behavior: To be able to select all typed text in the input box by pressing CTRL + A. 

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Type something after pressing T and try to select whatever was typed by using CTRL + A.

Vehicle license plate number*: Not relevant to vehicles.

For text chat centric players this is not good, as you have to prime alot of stuff and having to mouse over it instead of just being able to cntrl+A wastes precious time.

note to devs that they already may know but might be helpful anyway: You dont need to block ctrl+a keys to prevent chat selection, just use css `user-select: none` on the text.

Until they fix this, Shift + Home if text cursor is on the right, and Shift + End if left.

To follow the reply above this, you can CTRL + A whilst in Caps Lock mode. Unsure of why this works but hey, it works for now.
