(wheels required just for hillclimbing, not general off roading.)

+1, would add a lot of diversity in the vehicles that crims use breaking the Kamacho meta in my opinion

+1 Seen a lot IRL with cars like the baller STD going off road, as they were partially intended to be used. Although they are luxury vehicles, a lot of them are more than capable off road with features being dedicated to this use. Would be great to reflect this by allowing them to be used to their full potential in game.

+1 would bring more of a variety of vehicles being used, tired of the same cars in every pursuit or just daily usage, would bring more realism into the server with people not having the same car.
