  1. Hi, I would like to thank the admins that are handling the report for their time. Let me explain as there is some history between my gang and the members of Kudo Kai. First actual encounter: A couple of members made it out alive out of this encounter and we have kept a grudge against Kudo Kai since. There is also a long history of me getting harassed by them, saying we are "down bad", personally calling me “monkey” and racial slurs at the pier, as well as taunting me by wearing the colors my gang wore. Dontavious getting robbed by Kudo: They robbed me (Dontavious Wilder) and made me get on my knees because I believed my friend was getting kidnapped. (The ID is 290 and the UNIX ID should be about 10 minutes prior to the one seen in the below screenshot) Screenshot: Knowing their location: In a previous encounter, I was driving around with my girlfriend at the time to see if we could go to a scenic place for a nice sunset when we encountered a lot of Kudo Kai members. This happens to be the same location in which we encountered them when they eventually reported us. I came and talked nicely to them, only to be met with hostility and questioning. I eventually had to leave before unfortunate events took place. Video of the encounter: The actual encounter at hand: So, I radio’d Sarah Little to see what she was up to and she told me she was at the pier hanging out with some members of 67. I asked her “Where’s Kudo” (since they are normally fishing at the pier) and she replied that she overheard some of them talking about leaving because they had “a thing to do”. Once I heard this information, I decided to roll up to the spot where I was met with hostility to see to see if they were possibly meeting there. To my surprise, they were, and I called up all my buddies to ambush them for the confrontations and situations I have been in with them. The initial idea was for Dima to cause a diversion and get out of the car with his hands up, while we came around and gave them demands to put their hands up so we could rob them. That, obviously, is not how things played out. We were up on the hill somewhat far and only saw that they had lit Dima up and killed him instantly. We decided to open fire on the parties involved, knowing that if we even tried to issue demands or anything of the sort, we would have been lit up with the 12 members that all that their guns drawn at that time. ** NOTE ** We did not realize that ID 280 was unarmed. There was around 12 members in front of us and he breached fear RP by not putting his hands up while fire was reigning down from the hill as he was unarmed. Instead, he ran around and attempted to get into his car and flee. We could not distinguish whether he had a weapon or not, as every other person involved had exchanged shots with us.
  2. Player(s) being reported: ID 74 Date of interaction reported: March 24, 2021 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1616573901 Your characters name: Dontavious_Wilder Other player(s) involved: Juss dat fisherboi Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Baiting Government Services - Provoking a reaction from faction services without a realistic reason / or calling faction services to e.g. rob them. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for anything other than its intended purpose. • Submerging any vehicle in water or unrealistically beaching any watercraft. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. Our official discord server has a channel dedicated to game crash notifications and you should post here with a valid reason for being unable to return. If a player gets away from being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. How did the player break the rule(s)? Literally watch the clip... Need I explain more... Evidence of rule breach:
  3. Hi Dontavious here, thanks to the staff that is handling this report. I would like to state that I was personally never told to save POV. We gave demands because we were going to rob the person at Mt. Chilliad. This is common for any person caught alone at a drug lab. It happens countless times throughout the day at every drug lab in the city. We told him to "stop hands up" and we ignored us and decided to drive away (ignored common demands given at drug labs). He radio'd in his buddies immediately and began to flee. I only shot at his car about twice and when it stalled and he came out I was located inside Mt.Chilliad and did not exchange shots with the reporting party.
  4. Player(s) being reported: ID 74, 140, 40 Date of interaction reported: March 4, 2021 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1614853431 Your characters name: Dontavious_Wilder Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Metagaming (MG) Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. Players may not have any interaction or knowledge from their alternate characters. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was robbing ID 74 who was fishing at an undisclosed and extremely concealed location. ID 74 did not have a radio on him. I took his fish and left. The second I start to swim back to my bike, 2 of his friends pull up on me. There is NO way that anyone would have just happened to pass by there at the same exact time as I started to swim back to my bike. I would like the reported parties to share POV to prove that they did not Metagame. I was not going to report this, but after /OOC interactions with ID 140 and 40, I felt the need to. I was accused of “non fear RP”, yet in my clip you can see that I did not hear any demands from ID 140. I already had my gun out, drop my bag and we begin exchanging bullets. Once I injure 140, ID 40 comes up and says “fear RP bitch” which is mixing as ID 140 said “ fear RP” in /OOC the second he was injured. I also did not appreciate hearing ID 40 say “get banned” in /OOC as I believe this creates a fear culture when players decide to report others. For some backstory, me and my buddies hit Sealab and got into a shootout with ID 124’s friends. ID 124 comes and starts opening fire and then leaves. After we all leave and I am heading back to the city, I spot ID 124 on the road and a chase ensues and we end up pulling up off road and engaging in a gun battle. I end up injuring the player in question and since he has a Micro SMG he decides to combat log so that he won’t lose the expensive weapon. This is not my first run in with Mr. Fisher and it sincerely ruined my roleplay experience for the night. Not only did I win a gun battle against an SMG with a .50 but the player also decides to combat log to grief and not lose it. I checked crash reports and there was nothing from him. I also waited around the area for 15 minutes and he never logged back in to resume the RP. Evidence of rule breach: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hvTKoX08a7Y&ab_channel=deхтer
  6. So, me and my buddies roll up to the weed spot and see 2 guys together and shout at them "hands or die" and one of them decides his best option is to try and get away (non fear RP) off-road on a faggio (Non RP). We chase him and tell him "pull over or die" as 3 total vehicles are chasing after and shooting in his direction. He finally decides to pull over after eating 3 bullets. We were already upset at the fact that he wouldn't pull over after he has about 4 people chasing him so we decided to take him out and leave him on top of the mountain for the chase troubles. I honestly forgot to RP the cuffing as I was in the heat of the moment, you can check the logs i normally RP the frisking properly. it was one of the first times i cuff someone with zip-ties so it slipped my mind. If i was told in /ooc about this i would've RP'd it properly as i normally do to avoid unnecessary reports. While we were driving him away and he disconnects. After waiting some time he comes back and we left him without his clothing since we had to waste so much time. Also since i did not have space for him in my truck we had to store him in the trunk, didnt realize that we could just ask them to sit in with us. If they had just complied with us at the weed spot, we wouldn't have gone this far into the RP, it would've just been a simple robbery of the items on them and we would've gone our separate ways. Thoughts ?
  7. If this bozo can swerve through two report topics in two different days, on both hack tools with a 2 Post account history and a gang of new players; I think I can officially give up on all hope in life and move on. Sometimes in life there is a sign where you just know that you've done your all to do good to the world and it just doesn't work out in your favor. A wise man once said, If you spam #SAVEPOV after everytime you get told to put your hands up, you can save yourself from getting robbed. For this will help me in future efforts of trying to avoid dangerous situations.
  8. I can send the raw unedited to an admin, but I don't want it to be public.
  9. Player(s) being reported: id 52 and 9 at the time Date of interaction reported: 2/20/21 ( around 3:00 a.m. EST) Unix time stamp from HUD: 1613810938 Your characters name: Dontavious Wilder Other player(s) involved: Just me. Specific rule(s) broken: 5. Hacking and Exploits · Players must not have mods, trainers, or any kind of software installed that gives any advantage. · Server bugs may not be used for advantage and must be reported on ECLIPSE Roleplay forums. · Server scripts should not be exploited in any way to your advantage, e.g. circumventing AFK timer. · Roleplay Logging: · Roleplay Logging, or Combat Logging, is a term that is used to refer to those players that log off off or go AFK during active roleplay. If your game crashes, you must return to the game as soon as possible and inform the players you were roleplaying with that you are experiencing issues. If you are unable to contact the players involved in the roleplay scenario occurring before your crash, gather evidence to prove you are actually experiencing issues preventing you from returning and contacting members involved in case you are reported. How did the player break the rule(s)? Shroud ain't rolling and double headshotting in the same spot at 80 meters, you couldn't convince me that some mouth breather on GTA V Roleplay is about to. I don' t care how many times this kid slips past and doesn't get punished but I won't stop until he is punished. Not even to mention, after he kills anyone for his little New Player Friend (9) to mule the money to, his friend just grabs the stuff so he doesn't risk the ban. It's literally just sad at this point how easy it is for these kids to avoid punishments because of "not enough evidence". On top of that he combat logged multiple times in the short amount of time to change his ID number to avoid reports, His last known ID was 24 to avoid getting report and shortly after 30 minutes passed by I went to see where my car was and it was getting chopped. So I went to the chop shop to see what was happening with my car and he changed IDs. If only my friend had saved his POV, I could tie 6 other rules broken by him but didn't even take the time out to mention it. Evidence of rule breach:
