I believe gun stores can already do this but general stores cannot. It would make sense to hire someone who can stock up your store while you're not around especially if you have to be out of town for a while. This would help stores keep a steady flow of stock. Maybe add more to the store in general, so rather than just putting in an order for restocking, you also have to set it up in the store like "stocking the shelves".
