You are also saying that you are afraid the inflation will affect house prices but then proceed to suggest big houses for 15 mil.. -

Well well well... hilarious when people suggest something but it turns out completely different then how they've imagined, and it backfires. -

Police ruining the quality of roleplay in this server.

Anywhere and everywhere a little bit of bias will take place. And as of right now Eclipse it's in a very decent state, Thanks to some fine adjustments now you don't get mad or annoyed for going to jail and rush to /b blaming the cops/admins. Also, it's well deserved when you get a 62.5k fine and 5 hours of jail time, like killing 3 cops at a shootout in scrapyard. Other than that it's an IC issue when it comes to a higher-up from PD or SD searching you without "a valid reason", We call it gang suppression and whether they have a valid reason/IC proof/case, it is up to them and you won't know until you make an IA report, which if you do, that will eventually, get you targeted even more by him or others. We don't like toxic cops, they don't like toxic crims. Last year I was very annoyed by PD as well, the fines were like 20k just for evading, and money was rough if you didn't have like 1-2m invested in a lab. In my opinion, now they slowly improved both the fines and making money. They even lowered the cost of guns in terms of cash, but raised the import stock price. Right now it's more of "don't annoy the cops" and you won't get raided, or gang-suppressed. -
Welcome! watchout for simps

It's against ToS of Rockstar every single server had to remove real cars/badge due to Take Two or whatever, who didn't listened eventually got a nice letter from them and now they changed it aswell

+1 SEATS have a purpose too, it's literally so easy to think about it/add this, its not uncommon either.. -
+1, i think having like 1 second cooldown should be good enough to the point where your car can't get stolen either by the game "mechanics"

+1 or lower the price like cmon -
I think it would be more viable if they just removed the feature that when you leave the area, it cancels the Coroner call. It's quite rare to see a body in the city, and when you do if you are on a hurry you can't wait 10 minutes for someone to respond to your call, also probably not many are ON Duty either.

Ok but what about males? +1

Right now filling your Inventory (your pockets) with a Bag make no sense, especially when you have the "Carry" option as well... (The only good use of "Pick Up" is because of the limitations of not being able to store it in a Safe, Crate). My suggestion is to implement Backpacks and a new slot designed and dedicated for Bags and Backpacks, equipping and carrying them on your back and not using the Inventory vol space (xx/50). However, for example, the Bags should be limited to have only 25 vol space (on top of the 50 Inventory volume) and the Backpacks probably should have 50 vol space. Additional to that, there could be penalties for carrying over 50 vol in your inventory and in your bags or backpacks. A few examples being: Walking and running more slowly (quite similar to when you are being injured), getting dehydrated quicker and using more energy (draining food aswell), the cons could be others aswell, more serious like feeling dizzy and even passing out after running overloaded for a longer period of time. Adding flexibility in a Roleplay server is very important because it brings new RP opportunities and improves the quality of Roleplay overall.

+1 but not gonna happen since they intentionally made it this way.

The job should be just paid better, waiting there 30 to 1 hour for 200$ u get from a burger or 500$ u get per hour it's just not worth it. Especially when you can go roadwork, press E and wait 2 minutes to get like 1k
