Crizz Posted June 11, 2022 Report Posted June 11, 2022 You guys should make it so you can get addicted to cigarettes or weed, and you should make it so that weed starts having less effects on you as you use it more. And you should make it so weed can heal you a little bit every time you use it. Quote

Personally, I dont smoke, but I have been told that people take tolerance breaks to lower their tolerance to it so they can get a better high lol but aye, i could be completely wrong. Quote
DravenWalker Posted January 31, 2024 Report Posted January 31, 2024 (edited) Your idea of adding realism to the game by incorporating the effects of cigarettes and weed is intriguing. However, it's essential to approach such topics with sensitivity, as they have real-world implications. If you're interested in learning more about the potential benefits and drawbacks of cannabis and its effects on health, you might want to explore releaf.co.uk. People are shot and die everyday, people are kidnapped, people race on the streets and crash their cars. Should we simply just bubble wrap everyone because of the mere idea someone might get upset by concepts that are, unfortunately, synonymous with real life? No. Of course not. You are playing GTA, you face these topics playing the game as it is. If you are so sensitive, go and play Candy Crush (you know, if you can handle the notion of candy being assorted by colors and then disappearing to earn points.) 1 2 Quote
faskiers Posted February 11, 2025 Report Posted February 11, 2025 (edited) That sounds like a fascinating game mechanic! Addiction to cigarettes or weed could add realism, forcing players to manage their usage carefully. Over time, tolerance to weed would make sense, preventing it from being an overpowered buff. The idea of healing a little when using weed is interesting, but it could be balanced with side effects or diminishing returns. Games with such mechanics should feel immersive but not overly punishing. Diligo Posted February 12, 2025 Report Posted February 12, 2025 cigarettes should have healing effect but not armor of marijuana. so legals can regain that 20% of health that is always down and not go to a doctor and pay 3k just to get those 20% back to just lose it on a random desync driving by. And I am talking about civilians and illegals that dont want to get arrested for blunts. 1 Quote
