why do people take breaks to lower tolerance then? people say that they can stop when they just start again a week later. Like people get addicted to the feeling of it.

+1, it would be goof for people who are not in factions who can't just buy guns from one of those other npcs. Even if its the same price as people selling, it would still be really good and convenient.

You guys should make it so you can get addicted to cigarettes or weed, and you should make it so that weed starts having less effects on you as you use it more. And you should make it so weed can heal you a little bit every time you use it.
