Add the option to buy and use the Oneil farm for whatever purpose you choose

Adding this would add to the rp for cops because they can send out officers undercover to infiltrate gangs and take them down.

Add a black market npc that you can buy stolen guns and cars from to use for your crimes.

I think that these should be added for recon aspects in the criminal underworld like being able to snap photos of enemy gangs or track their movements to find their hq.
