From the first piece of clothing, count all the way to number 18, pick that and choose an undershirt. From there, the undershirt will remain with most of the suit tops and jackets. I'm pretty sure that it is planned for undershirts to be added in the future. The fix @MrUntouchable215 seems to be a good temporary fix. Happy Holidays!
