Phone Adjustments

Hello, my Eclipse Roleplay buddies! Today I'd like to make a suggestion. I feel like you guys should add when someone sends you a text message on the phone it should be appear the top of list of the messages because they are the most recent one. Also, Life Invader hardly ever works or almost never and I feel like if you guys add any platform where we can take photos of anything like new purchased vehicles to show to the city for an example that would be very nice. I was thinking as well maybe give us a selection of ringtones we can choose from for our phone as well. Nothing really major but I feel like these will be a nice addition to the phone. Hope you guys take it into consideration.

The text message one would be a good addition as it can be sometimes confusing trying to find out who messaged you

Here are a few of my personal thoughts on phone changes that would be great QoL updates.

• Text chat notification of "you received a text" (Not specifying what the text says or who it's from, just something to supplement that quiet ass *ding*).
• Newest messages appearing at top.
• When someone deletes the conversation, the other person shouldn't have a whole new text chain.
• Blocking to actually block people by default (I didn't know until a few days ago that you have to press the little buttons).
• Apps that replaces /newsagency and /mechanic.
• Apps that replaces /showvehicles and /showhouses.
  • Vehicle app could also function as /vehiclestats also and house app could show business properties.
• Said this for a while now but GPS functionality should be tied to your phone being on or off and the GPS item removed and map being the alternative to see the big map without having your phone on at the cost of not seeing mini map.

Great suggestions, however I believe the most important addition to the phone should be: Group Chats. There are countless suggestions for this, and was even in the original post that inspired the phone we have today.

you have no idea how caveman I feel texting frequencies out to 40 different numbers every day…

Piggy backing on to this phone suggestions have been posted several times with no response. Group chats would be awesome and I am not sure why we still don't have them? Some more basic phone features like, if somebody calls me and instantly hangs up why does that not show in my call log? I have to be able to open my phone quick enough to see the number?? The call log only shows completed calls, it should show all.

also a call list. not who you have called but who have called you. cause i get random rings but they only last like 1 sec an i get mad cause i cant ever figure out who it is

Very big +1 from me, phones are one thing which every single player uses all the time. Making sure that the phone is as best as it can possibly be before moving onto updating other things I believe should take priority. I really hope the devs take this one into consideration as I can't think of one person that wouldn't want an updated phone, from the small things such as a little timestamp on messages to slightly bigger things like scriptly taking pictures, maybe turning life invader into a non-login app so more people use it, group chats as many people have mentioned many times, potentially a pinging system which could be used when stranded in odd places, this would also be very useful for new players. Updated bank accounts where you can see transactions and shared bank accounts for businesses. So many things that would make the RP experience hundreds of times more enjoyable.

+1 lifeinvader does not really work most of the time at least for me it doesn't not sure for everyone else, the text message idea is superb as it makes sense for your most recent message to be shown at the very top and not having to always scroll to the bottom to see the text. ringtones would be lovely to change, making it to your custom one
