There's also the discussion of what's at one's disposal and the consequences of that. There's very little options for crowd control that don't involve a gun or a fucking water truck.

A lot of this talks about "melee damage being high". This is a non-issue after the recent nerf. Especially kevlar tanks melee. I think there's some valid points here regarding the wellness but the argument that revolves around high melee damage is no longer applicable I feel.

Once again, as @idgafashlee said, the lack of self-awareness is concerning. Are you trying to argue that PD should not try and show a superior ability to roleplay in the scenarios they take a part of? The situations you are describing are against the rules. And should be reported. Not taken into your own hands. This is the problem with every "crim v. cop" argument I've seen on the forums. Both sides seem to have complete ignorance towards their own actions, to a blissful degree. If we want to get anywhere in discussion, their must be some review of one's self and concessions made.
Emboldening your text and making it bright red doesn't add any value to your argument, if anything decreases value.
edit: The founders have also prompted that individuals should NOT be forced to roleplay a tazer's long-term effects beyond the actual taze itself. Take of that what you will.-

+1 To reducing time/frequency. I shouldn't have to experience deafening storms of Zeus near daily but I think they do add something.

+1 & Bump. This is extremely simple to implement and will add a ton to RP. Please consider adding this as a part of the recent update frequency bump.

Phones are also getting stuck in hands, resulting in the inability to play torso animations/pick up/grab items.

+/-1 Eclipse already has a concerning amount of PvP and "win mentality", I feel this would only further it, but at the same time I don't know the last time I saw a complete LEO loss. (Last time I can recall is when 67 would wipe out LEOs night shift daily, and that was unfairly leaned towards 67 compared to the average gang due to other reasons.)
If this does get implemented, gangs will band together and start fighting LEOs in swarms and LEOs will use it as the opportunity to 'hammer down' even further than they already do. Gunships will be the norm, as will 'active' special enforcement deployments. I feel like we should be trying to move away from this mindset, not deepen towards it where we're basically playing in Fallujah.-

Issue/bug you are reporting: Lack of disconnect on AFK timer.
Expected behavior: Players to be kicked after not partaking in AFK math for X amount of time.
Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: I'm not sure if this is done via macros or the occasional tab in, but I've witnessed a large amount of AFKing in DOC lately without any kicks being issued via the timer.

When government issues somebody a business, they should also be able to create them a script business. A script business should be a sort of precursor to an official legal faction.
This should allow for the following;Treasury/Joint bank account
- Allows for distribution of funds to members.
- Logs all deposits, withdrawals and invoices.
- Can be audited by gov/LEO.
Roster & Ranks
- Allow issuing keys to business members, akin to faction.
- Allow the creation of, editing of and application of ranks.
Invoices
- Akin to Weazel news, a business member with proper permissions should be able to 'invoice' a player for money that would go straight to the business' treasury/joint bank account.
Business Vehicles/Garages
- Businesses should have the opportunity to have parking for vehicles that are used with the business in mind rather than relying on mass /givekey and personal garages.
- Any employee should be able to have the car repaired/modified if proper permissions.
Custom Items
- With this feature, employees with proper permission should be allowed to create custom foodstuffs/items.
- e.g: custom cocktails, luxury items, custom meals.
- This allows businesses to produce 'script effects' on players.
- I do not like the current proposal/feature of a 3D printer as it would only make sense for small plastic/specific metal objects and brings this process IC when it should be OOC.
- Misuse of this feature (e.g: no RP, shitpost items) should result in major OOC punishments.
I believe businesses are in a rather dire spot right now and struggle with a lot of these tasks, especially as they expand in size. The current systems don't allow for many businesses to exist and thrive. I believe that this would help fix that a ton. Please comment your thoughts.

Can confirm, seems to be an issue with the chatbox not being created/destroyed properly. I've also had a rare bug where commands I use and chat messages I send are executed "twice" resulting in a lot of notification spam.

+1. I do not know how this helps the economy issue, maybe if a price hike is still needed, simply increase to 1000 and 2000 respectively? but a 3x increase for both is a bit wild in my opinion.

Feedback is appreciated.Poorly disguised cope. While I understand the desire to neutralize the idea of quick-swapping for the sake of durability/oil/fuel, just switching from one vehicle to another is something everyone does. Crims included.

My main concern from a crim perspective is that I have to deal with the consequence of their OOC corruption and what have you. False charges that result in fines and time that I have spent genuine time for. I think one offs are fine, and promote the kind of RP exploration that @Ash spoke on. But if someone can repeatedly OOC reinstate after being punished IC, what's to stop them from being blatantly corrupt again? The roleplay should be done in a matter where they're going out of their way NOT to get caught as per NRP and faction standards.
