I agree! A car wash would be a good idea. Could either be an RP opportunity / player-ran business, or even an automated feature. There's pros and cons either way.

+1 to the name being displayed if they are close enough to realistically read a name tag. This could also be faction dependent/toggleable either by the faction or individual members depending on if they would RPLy have a name badge. For example, some LE factions wear an external vest, and may not have a name badge displayed RPLY. Also +1 to the roleplay example. This also accomplishes both desires. As far as the overall suggestion to remove the command altogether, I disagree. I think there could perhaps be changes, but IRL you'd have an actual face to look at, and you can remember actual faces much better than an in-game face.

I agree with @alexalex303 - I would be more in favor of an hourly rate, perhaps with bonuses for vehicles going through. This way you would get paid a flat rate if you worked for an hour without any vehicles going through, but you would get paid a bit more if you worked an hour and had 20 cars going through. This may mitigate the issue of emergency vehicles being nothing for people if people were paid the same to sit there with no cars as they would with 10 emergency vehicles going through at a net 0.

I do like the changes to the action timer, as this can be frustrating to not be able to text RP or anything during a task. I would also like to see some changes to how many is given. For example, if there are 30 spots and there are 35 workers, that leaves 5 people without any work. Perhaps if money was shared based on the percentage of the task they completed, and perhaps the timer speeds up the more people working on something. Realistically, if 3 people are completing one task, the task should be completed sooner. But, as it stands, only one person can financially benefit from doing one hotspot at a time. My suggestion is if someone does 60% of the task, they get 60% of the reward, and the rest is divided up. I know there would be some tweaking to make this work and balanced, but the ideas is there. I am also not opposed to adding a secondary location, this way maybe the work load is more balanced. Now it seems you can drive all the way to a site and get no money because all the spots are being worked on (which supports what I stated above, on making it an incentive to help others out).

+1, especially the suggestions of adding a place to dispose of bodies. I also do like some sort of option for law enforcement to have scripted abilities to do coroner related tasks if there are no coroners on duty. Such as access to commands to put a body in a body bag, and a place to take the bodies to.
