As we all know, current state of releasing impounded vehicles takes ages. everyone waits so many time and its not even close to be priority for the cops to even release our vehicles. it wastes so many time for us, minimum you need to be standing at impound 20 minutes+ so any cop can show up and finally release your vehicle, which delays stuff so much and makes it really boring for everyone. I suggest we implement new system, where players (who have license and whose license is not revoked) to be able to release their impound exactly same as it works on mors insurance therefore it will be much easier for people to get their impounded vehicles as soon as possible,otherwise make it must do things for pd, so we don't have to wait 20minutes+ for simply car release from impound.

I am going to talk about main problems what needs to be chaned in my opinion, and I believe many will agree for the followings, in the following topic I am gonna talk about main stuff what feels unrealistic or what will be much better if changed in future: 1.Police carrying heavies no matter the economy status, nor anything- We have seen that during all of the time, police are able to carry out heavy weapon all the time, due of it being fraction spawned, no matter if you kill whole squad of the pd, or no matter if the city has economy crisis police are all the time ready to run around with full heavy armor and heavies, which makes almost impossible for criminals to fight. also I need to mention that police having spawned guns are way too op as well, cuz there is no risk of them losing a weapon, while crims taking all the risk (starting from buying a gun,carrying illegal firearm around and fighting), and criminal can easily lose the gun, get charged for 3+ hrs and lose more money on top by fees and on top having a huge risk of their assets being seized or raided, but if cop dies he loses nothing what belongs to him as guns are binded on them. 2.Police helicopters having too many fuel- Another fact is the following, no matter what your crime is gonna be, if its gonna be evade or just simple theft, if evading lasts more than 2+ mins helicopter as long as 8+cruisers are gonna be behind you chasing, what I kinda feel unrealistic to start it off. you cant have helicopter for simple evade, if the evading just started, at this point its really hard to get the heli off your tail, especially while their fuel tank is that big. some time ago, I was getting chased by pd and heli, I fully drained 90%+ fuel tank on schlagen, plus 90%+ fuel tank on 10f wb, on one chase, and heli was still on top of me while i was caught,I feel like its really unreaslistc for helictoper to have that many fuel to be able to pursue big amounts of chases without it being refueled. 3.Super Cars Being Slow- another big thing for me, is super cars. alltough I don't own one, I know how fast they go. for me its also unrealistic to pay 30m+ for a super car, which in real life has highest top speeds, and in game 10f widebody or jugular which goes for 1.5, 1.1m being faster than me. its also unrealistic and needs to be changed. only difference on super cars currently are the sound and handling, their top speed is eather low, or match for the ones which cars goes for a sale for way less. in this we can also start thinking to implement custom engines, being able to build up our custom cars, which will make car rp way beyond the limits, therefore every car will be unique. 4.3g interior- 3g interiors currently are one of the worst looking interiors on the server. majority of the houses, no matter where they are located e.g. vinewood, has interior of vespucci beach, with really uguly house inside(there are exeption where we can see rare 3g interior as well), but overall around 80%+ 3g interiors are uguly vespucci beach view houses, which does not suit the following house at all, what I think is unrealistic as well. for instance we can take vinewood house, with pool which looks 2/3+ floors from outside, how would it look that uguly inside and have a vespucci beach view? that needs to be changed, and for the following hrxvey Made really good suggestion, https://forum.eclipse-rp.net/topic/153310-34g-house-interiors/ 5.Weed,weed leafs and narcotics smell- for me its also unrealistic to be able to carry 10/20 joints or weed leafs, without packing it in bag or something, walk around anyone and they wont be able to smell the following. this also applies on storing the following in the house without vents or prior packaging. it is really unrealistic to be able to walk around and not have smell of weed or anything if it was not packed nor processed correctly. also you can't just store the following in the house, which does not have air conditioner which can take off the smell. implementing those will make drug rp harder and more realistic. 6.Clothes,guns,ammunition being drenched after contact with water- it is common, that criminals and not only criminals use water to escape. in my personal opinion, it will be much realistic if their guns and ammunition will be drenched after contact with water (if not stored propery for example inside the bag) and also their clothes being heavier, character not been able to run that fast and perform same activities as the one who did not even touch the water prior. also if gun and ammunition is in cotact with water, it should not be able to shoot property or even shoot, without drying it. implementing such, will take gun rp, and phisical rp in better level. 7.Implement different varieties of clothes- cloth is one of the main problem in server also. its being talked about for quite a while now, that many people requesting different clothes, or one of a kind ones which possibly could be done in rp as well, such as implementing taylors,what overall will give us new rp job, and rp opportunities. following also applies for people being able to hide guns under their pants,covering it with shirt or jacket. for the following, no matter how hard you rply hide the gun, at the end of the day if police sees a gun on you, he will cuff, check the license and if you do not have any, will arrest you for the following. its also unrealistic cuz there are only 2/3 types of clothes what only hides part of the gun. 8.Implement safe(wallsafe,safe) cracking,lockpicking,destroying- Cracking code,safe or anything invovled for the following was not possible, from the day it was introduced in the server. I believe we need to have right, to be able to crack the following,drill or break it open, so we will be able to accsess items whatever is in. its almost as close as people logging off with guns or good belongings so they wont lose it. its op since its impossible to crack the following without forcing people/owners to open followings, but for those, you also need the people to be at you. there are many different varieties were robberies,theft is conducted while house owner is not in city or not around, that is the main point for theft or robbery therefore this needs to be implemented. 9.Implement more prison rp/different activities- we know, that its common that as long as people go in prison, majority of them instantly goes afk to serve the time. we can't judge people for the following, cuz there is not much stuff to do in prison. only 2 ways to make money are laundery and glitters, we had poker table and now its gone as well. we need to implement stuff which will require crims to be done in prison, such as creating violent gang, or overall many stuff, for what I have not thought for, but could be done by anyone. I also need to mention that, corruption in prison is almost everywhere. almost majority of the guards are corrupt in prisons, but in our server, there could be maximum 1 or 2. we need more corrupt guards so crims could be able to perform more stuff inside, therefore everyone chooses to stay full legal all the time, and overall prison sentence for prisoners becomes boring. please dont forget to rate and comment for the following post,if you like and agree what you saw,so it could reach people, who can implement and change following,also let us know your thoughts for something else,you would like to see be changed.

well it did, as I got banned, in around 3/4 hours they changed inside and outside bets, now you can see that in roulette you have inside and outside bet limits (on highstakes 150/150k max) so basically instead of betting 500k on number, now you can only bet 150k, and also trying to bet 500k + cover it with side bets, its no longer possible(if you bet 150k on number it counts as inside bet) thus taking huge amounts of % of your win,therefore its like 90/10 odds of house winning at this point. about found not guilty side, I still don't get till this day why I was banned for 1 week for investigation, why I found not guilty and them taking around 60/65m out of my hands, ignoring me 2 weeks and at the end paulius blocking and removing me from discord without even answering to me,even tho once osvaldon told me to talk to paulius, for this matter.

that was philips,1st day he won 18m betting on number 7(500k), and the day I got banned he was betting exatly like me, and won like 15m+ while i lost 15m, basically I was betting on 1st 12, and he was betting on 3rd 12, his money was not touched, nor any other guys, but only me.

exactly, that is the point I am trying to explain from the day I got banned till now, but nobody seems to care, the whole reason this happened in my opinion was that I am a crim and thats simply it. nobody seems to even care to compensate those lost days i was banned for the investigation purposes where I lost everyday server joining combo (for the points) nor they seem to care to give even the amount which was my starting point, at this point casino is unplayable as if someone hits big, and wins a lot again, most likely it will be taken out by same ways,especially when I provided almost all the winning povs, and them saying there was nothing wrong with my bettings.

I am playing in the server from 2020 (I admit,at first I was not the guy who followed the rules,for what I got punished, but overall I was always activly engaged in community and was doing more good than bad for server overall). I have always been high stakes gambler and if you ever heared my name before, most likely you have heared it from highstake pokers or bingos, but what happened to me on casino really demotivated me forever, which still confuses me till this day. at around 2 weeks ago (most of the big players already know the full story) I was banned during the high stakes roulette sessions when I was gambling 4/5m a hand,(before that I lost majority of my money,around 12m sold my last 2 drags and went back to gamble), I bet 4m won 18 and started gambling from there. fortunately for me I had all the povs of the winnings but I don't see it made any difference for me nor for staff members for the decision which was taken after a week ban of investigation. at the end of the week, I was unbanned where I was not doing anything wrong, but for the economy and health of server, majority of my winnings where taken off by me and I was left with 15m (originally I was up from 75-80m+ was banned during gambling), to say in perspective 15m was 3/4m less than my starting point of the roulette,before I started gambling I was at 12m and 3 drags, when i was unbanned i was at 15m and 1 drag. after tries to contact founders all I was left was ignore and text that I should be happy that I was left with something and not with nothing which still confuses me at this day as if my gamestyle was a problem, even in my povs were visible that I won on numbers too, and I lost a lot of times as well(at some point I was down from 50m to 30m and then went up) therefore I am beggining to think that it does not matter how hard we try, at the end of the day if we win so much and we are crims, money will eventually be taken off from us cuz of economy and health of server. It makes me think that we had casino update to kinda fix the economy of the server(people to lose money) which will led them to play more and try to make more money to gamble again, but this also will led of big demotivation of the playerbase as It happened to me. during this times I tried to contact many admins, and mostly for the question I asked ,,If the roulette was wrong, and it should not gave all the money it gave me, why do we close our eyes on my and other peoples losses'' I was not properly answered. therefore I have some questions which would be interesting to be answered as to know, what is the prime reason of crims being treated like this and why casino died out in the matter of days: 1st. If player is not allowed to bet that much, why was the bettings on the roulette raised up from 200-500k? 2nd. when I won around 80m after good amount of luck and whole night of gambling, why was I banned 1 week, left with this answer and being removed from paulius on discord? 3rd If we are not supposed to win around 80m at the night, if the bettings was wrong, why do people still left casino at loss? I know countless people who lost millions due to roulette limits being risen from 200-500k, starting from collie fegan who eventually lost up to 10m+ in first day playing roulette alone, ending with many more people who went negative of gamblings, but the people who were legal such as philips,amelia won 30m+ and they were left untouched by the same exact bettings as me. 4th. as I appealed 2nd time for the decision osborn answered me with following, quote ,,Despite lacking an obligation to honor winnings obtained through this now-patched method, we chose to acknowledge a portion of them, leaving you with a substantial sum surpassing your initial stake upon entering the casino. Alternatively, we could have reverted your account to its original state, but we chose not too out of good faith,, to get it all right, all of my money which I obtained by gambling,before touching the roulette was all from poker alone, therefore it would phisically could not be wiped out, as I was intentionally banned for roulette investigation, in poker everyone knew how I won, how many hands I played and what was the main keys on that. 5th. I also asked, if the economy was problem why could not I get super which will be binded to my acc, (accepting the fact that there was no point to fight for the money, as it was simply taken out of me for no good reasons) but for the following,I only get ignored during week or two of my messages to paulius, and around 3-4 days ago he even removed me from discord, therefore I feel really demotivated and all the decisions upon me was taken unfair. for the following facts, I would like to know, why did nobody was notified for the following, as if the casino roulettes were giving out the money there was a limit?, why did people end up losing money and nobody got refunded for the following? is casino only here to drain out the economy and then to release businesses which only could be obtained by the people who did not got touched by casino investigations? I feel kinda unfair for the following fact, I don't need to cause any confusion as I do respect the administrators of the server, but I am here from 2020, and I truly believe me and many more with this decision were treated really unfair.
