well it did, as I got banned, in around 3/4 hours they changed inside and outside bets, now you can see that in roulette you have inside and outside bet limits (on highstakes 150/150k max) so basically instead of betting 500k on number, now you can only bet 150k, and also trying to bet 500k + cover it with side bets, its no longer possible(if you bet 150k on number it counts as inside bet) thus taking huge amounts of % of your win,therefore its like 90/10 odds of house winning at this point. about found not guilty side, I still don't get till this day why I was banned for 1 week for investigation, why I found not guilty and them taking around 60/65m out of my hands, ignoring me 2 weeks and at the end paulius blocking and removing me from discord without even answering to me,even tho once osvaldon told me to talk to paulius, for this matter.

that was philips,1st day he won 18m betting on number 7(500k), and the day I got banned he was betting exatly like me, and won like 15m+ while i lost 15m, basically I was betting on 1st 12, and he was betting on 3rd 12, his money was not touched, nor any other guys, but only me.

exactly, that is the point I am trying to explain from the day I got banned till now, but nobody seems to care, the whole reason this happened in my opinion was that I am a crim and thats simply it. nobody seems to even care to compensate those lost days i was banned for the investigation purposes where I lost everyday server joining combo (for the points) nor they seem to care to give even the amount which was my starting point, at this point casino is unplayable as if someone hits big, and wins a lot again, most likely it will be taken out by same ways,especially when I provided almost all the winning povs, and them saying there was nothing wrong with my bettings.

I am playing in the server from 2020 (I admit,at first I was not the guy who followed the rules,for what I got punished, but overall I was always activly engaged in community and was doing more good than bad for server overall). I have always been high stakes gambler and if you ever heared my name before, most likely you have heared it from highstake pokers or bingos, but what happened to me on casino really demotivated me forever, which still confuses me till this day. at around 2 weeks ago (most of the big players already know the full story) I was banned during the high stakes roulette sessions when I was gambling 4/5m a hand,(before that I lost majority of my money,around 12m sold my last 2 drags and went back to gamble), I bet 4m won 18 and started gambling from there. fortunately for me I had all the povs of the winnings but I don't see it made any difference for me nor for staff members for the decision which was taken after a week ban of investigation. at the end of the week, I was unbanned where I was not doing anything wrong, but for the economy and health of server, majority of my winnings where taken off by me and I was left with 15m (originally I was up from 75-80m+ was banned during gambling), to say in perspective 15m was 3/4m less than my starting point of the roulette,before I started gambling I was at 12m and 3 drags, when i was unbanned i was at 15m and 1 drag. after tries to contact founders all I was left was ignore and text that I should be happy that I was left with something and not with nothing which still confuses me at this day as if my gamestyle was a problem, even in my povs were visible that I won on numbers too, and I lost a lot of times as well(at some point I was down from 50m to 30m and then went up) therefore I am beggining to think that it does not matter how hard we try, at the end of the day if we win so much and we are crims, money will eventually be taken off from us cuz of economy and health of server. It makes me think that we had casino update to kinda fix the economy of the server(people to lose money) which will led them to play more and try to make more money to gamble again, but this also will led of big demotivation of the playerbase as It happened to me. during this times I tried to contact many admins, and mostly for the question I asked ,,If the roulette was wrong, and it should not gave all the money it gave me, why do we close our eyes on my and other peoples losses'' I was not properly answered. therefore I have some questions which would be interesting to be answered as to know, what is the prime reason of crims being treated like this and why casino died out in the matter of days: 1st. If player is not allowed to bet that much, why was the bettings on the roulette raised up from 200-500k? 2nd. when I won around 80m after good amount of luck and whole night of gambling, why was I banned 1 week, left with this answer and being removed from paulius on discord? 3rd If we are not supposed to win around 80m at the night, if the bettings was wrong, why do people still left casino at loss? I know countless people who lost millions due to roulette limits being risen from 200-500k, starting from collie fegan who eventually lost up to 10m+ in first day playing roulette alone, ending with many more people who went negative of gamblings, but the people who were legal such as philips,amelia won 30m+ and they were left untouched by the same exact bettings as me. 4th. as I appealed 2nd time for the decision osborn answered me with following, quote ,,Despite lacking an obligation to honor winnings obtained through this now-patched method, we chose to acknowledge a portion of them, leaving you with a substantial sum surpassing your initial stake upon entering the casino. Alternatively, we could have reverted your account to its original state, but we chose not too out of good faith,, to get it all right, all of my money which I obtained by gambling,before touching the roulette was all from poker alone, therefore it would phisically could not be wiped out, as I was intentionally banned for roulette investigation, in poker everyone knew how I won, how many hands I played and what was the main keys on that. 5th. I also asked, if the economy was problem why could not I get super which will be binded to my acc, (accepting the fact that there was no point to fight for the money, as it was simply taken out of me for no good reasons) but for the following,I only get ignored during week or two of my messages to paulius, and around 3-4 days ago he even removed me from discord, therefore I feel really demotivated and all the decisions upon me was taken unfair. for the following facts, I would like to know, why did nobody was notified for the following, as if the casino roulettes were giving out the money there was a limit?, why did people end up losing money and nobody got refunded for the following? is casino only here to drain out the economy and then to release businesses which only could be obtained by the people who did not got touched by casino investigations? I feel kinda unfair for the following fact, I don't need to cause any confusion as I do respect the administrators of the server, but I am here from 2020, and I truly believe me and many more with this decision were treated really unfair. +1 thats so true, I have seen cops do this countless time, every time they meet a guy first time and read their license, they straight up /alias them with name and surname, thinking about 1 cop being able to remember 500+ faces by first meeting is one of the biggest powergame and then when you see each cop doing same is getting funny at that point.also them being able to see if you have driving license by your face is also such a nonsense, if you dont have drivers license and you dont have mask on 95% you always gonna get caught cuz they see it from your face which is legit nonsense and should be removed.

I mean we can have lowstakes tables too for the people who don't want to play highstakes, but us who have big money and want to play highstakes why can't we have it? thats the exact point of this post, people with 20k join us while we agree to playt 5.4 to 16k preflop, they fold all the time and go all in on pocket a a or different strong hands which is not fair. nobody says here to transform all the tables into highstakes ones, simply 1 table with 7/8 seats where minimum bet will be 5.4k is enough for us.

as 1 of the og players, I am playing on eclipse almost 5th year now and as a highballer casino gambler, my 1 of the biggest problem, and not only mine almost all of the highstake players problem on the server is simple, we can't play highstakes properly since script does not allow us to do so, therefore lots of people, especially new players abuse the script by joining our teable, fucking it up and wasting not only our time, but our nerves. just imagine every single day trying to play high stakes and someone joins, folds every single time and only goes all in while he has pockets or high pair cards. most of the time we are simply losing money to those guys who abuse the script and refuse to go downstaris to play lowstakes, as their main goal is to drain us all out for maximum amounts of money with minimum risk and minimum money. not to mention they are taking lots of cards off the deck and we don't have a chance to play proper game. in my opinion this is unfair, as we can't do anything about it since tequila la is considered as a safezone, and nothing could be done to kick those guys out, they simply stay as long as they want, fuck up our table and only go all in while they get pocket aces,kings and high pair of cards thus raising their % of winning, since we always go from 5.4-16k preflop with any kind of cards as we agree before on the rules to play highstakes. that being said, that would be wise and great, if admins will implement high stakes tables, where pre flops would be not 200$ but 5.4 or 16k therefore, nobody will be able to abuse the system and we will play in peace.I am pretty sure lots of people are looking forward to see table like this in upcoming casino and it will make lots of us really happy to finally get rid of the scammers, who abuse the script like this and try to drain us money, while we are not able to do anything about it.
