I was looking for a Digital map of GTA V to add notes where are the speed cameras for myself... I think that is ok to do? I get tons of traffic violations and NO I do not do it on Purpose - THE L KEY, it's far from the Driving keys and I need my mouse to LOOK around driving, cause the streets where the cameras are - those are usually bombarded with players flying all over the place and breaking law rules in a VERY unrealistic way but when the cops arent there of course.... So... reaching that L key is annoying and you cannot assign it? I tried, didn't manage... I had a Seat Ibiza IRL that I sold and I had cruise and even automatic distance form the car IN front, like follow which was amazing... And the cruise was easy to handle, turn on off instantly. doesn't distract the driver... I Don't know maybe it's just me or people found out how to assign it to somethting easier but I miss the cameras and I know it takes time just to learn, I get less fines each week I play.... but the 20-30k on fines........ come on.... even If i did it on purpose that is a lot.... and I swear I didn't! maybe some times people chased me around the city and I flew by them to save my life (happened yesterday too) SO a map that you can mark them on or something will be great "I mean i would not mind that at all it would be realistic but a lot of people would complain about that and not being able to speed in the city unless they made the speed cap higher." Just to add to this Again, even in IRL, there are not so many cameras around.... albeit the GTA V map isn't THAT big and not a lot of POPULAR zones to go wild with the cars at but If done correctly, there should be plenty of areas a bit outside of city that usually are a bit more open that there will be no cameras. I don't image camera on each street obviously... at least main intersections, main areas, parking lots, places you need to slow down or government offices... banks... atms...? etc.

Yeah, you can always add more cameras, but mark them. that's fair no? in my country, we have signs (and a lot of other countries ive been in) that alert you that there is a camera

I wanted to solely ask, I got a house from a player that god banned recently unfortunately..... and I have the keys to use the Storage and the Garage and decorate but not to sell... Now I would love to honestly just sell the house, for 600k which is below its worth that it recommends and buy an apartment and a car with the money instead.... Is there something that can be done? The player that gave me the house said that this is fact, and it will be a permanent house on me. He suggested that he wouldnt want it back -or... he wont get a ban appeal? i don't know even if he tried for an appeal... Anwyay Just a questions, it will be ashame to let this asset just sit on my name, I would rather sell it and use his gift to grow

Actually I will +1 this.... I have WAZE irl... speed cameras now-a-adays are marked on the map AND they even have a SIGN before them alerting about them in most of the countries I drove in myself. PLUS I still forget where they are and I honestlly honestlly do not mind driving slow in these areas sometimes.... so... I'd be happy for a guide haha

Do you break the rules of the server often? do you get reported? any thing that you can be recorded and get you Banned for? If you ticked all of the above with a positive and fully-minded decision that it is in fact a NO. you do not break the server's rules often or at all. Then you will never be given the chair. Cause I have a good feeling that we can just settle this 5 minutes of talking in discord instead haha just text and text Trust me mann I have a lot of experience, YOU ARE RIGHT not in the DEEP sea of gang wars and such - but most of the BASIC things that player do on this server 50% or even more of them do stuff that I try to do as well and research and understand why this or that better than that. everyone does that simple jsut to work more efficiently. Tell me an example that you think I do not understand, I am telling you from my point of view, I've just ended another 6 hours gaming session today which I tried like 2-3 new things. give me some slat and cooperate instead of just saying I don't get it - cause trust me if you explain it, this will just be over with. I type in like 70 words per minute. so that's why you see these walls of texts, it doesn't cost me money or time almost...? i don't know

Hun you are missing the point of the Electric chair - it will not be for RP crimes. You can go CRAZY you can be a drug queen or a king combined and take weed untiil you see mars The Electric Chair is for RULE BREAKERS ONLY. let's say it like that. You get 3 strikes or something. There are several KEY rules that cannot be broken. I am speaking from experience, I used to play another RP server on Arma, a military simulator, and the Electric Chair there was ALSO for MAJOR and EXTREME crimes. so if you rob the bank and kill 12 officers while doing that and get caught... you have a good chance that your account might be wiped. And players we're absolutely fine with that. You know why? CAUSE CONSEQUESNCESSSSSSSS I will say this for the millionth of time. I have a Streamer. I literally played the last 1-2 weeks (you can check the videos) around the clock, from all night longers to morning till evening without getting out of my chair - I love playing on this server, but SOME stuff and SOME rule breakers take it out for me. Completely take my fun out of it. COMPELTELY. So sorry if I just want to add something that these rule breakers won't thrive and feel free to do what ever they want. Cause then what happened to be can happen to anyone. Yeah, I still stand by my word, even in PUBLIC large areas, cops are not ALWAYS at the bank. They are not ALWAYS in the mine, they are not ALWAYS in ANY place of the city. I've never seen a cop stay in one place (if there is no event going on, even partol or license plate checking) they usually pop in and out 5 minutes bye bye, they're gone FOR AT LEAST another hour irl. That is my experience, and yes! ! I robbed stores with the gang, actually like 5 in a row, we didnt' even see one cop, in kind of the rush hours of the server, while rolling up with like 3-4 cars. So. I know these are just here and there, I believe you that you feel otherwise.... But what can I say, unfortuantely, its either I am getting the short end of the stick when I get in danger, cops are usually not even CLOSE, although I am in main areas my self often, so I think just knowing the number of how many cops are there (which i actually dont know how to know that and nor would i like to know) but i am sure the ratio is not even close to being fair comapred to the size of the map - like any RP server. that is all I am saying, there is too much ground for police to be even considered a threat for criminals cause literally all you need to do is run 1 km away from the scene in a random direction and HIDE. and that is it. they you made sure no one saw your direction and where you went hiding or what not, you can also get away with painting your can fast and changing your clothes/hair everything.... So... yeah Its a hide and seek game if its for just small criminals or what not?

exactly. I think crashing is out of RP, obviously, and needs to be treated as such. There are stuff that are out of our control and we cannot simply RP well like a crash, lag, no audio cough drop, animations, actions and many more that limit our RP in any game. In order to make that as smooth as possible, other solutions must be made in order to patch them in a non ic way even.

We can add an in game item , alarm for car systems, that can either me A)very loud in its horn. B) CAlls the cops when trying to lockpick it C) makes in unpickable but no other alarms, so... you can maybe break a window and try with a different tool Or just a combination of the two in order to make it MORE harder to lockpick while you are Disconnected. Or make it more dangerous by adding alarms to all players for them to buy and in stall at the nearest Mechanical service station I can think of many ways, MAYBE an automated YELLOW TRIANGLE METAL BAR (those old ones that police put on a car wheel, and it locks it in place. So you cannot drive it. Image the cops found an empty car, checked the ID and plate, saw its yours (for breaking RP they just do a quick check and see your not actually only and the car is abandoned But this can happen automatically just fo rthe sake of it once you disconnect. You need a LARGE tool to break this metallic lock on the wheel, like a bolt cutter, or a saw. Makes noise, takes time, Saw might break - can add saw to utility tools to cut CHAINS and METAL WHEEL TRAPS or what ever that yellow wheel trap is called haha Definately many options that this will be not only a correction to the current forumula, this will make role playing interesting too when suddenly the guy you are trying to get his car while he was offline (comes back from his long piss break) to find someone working hard on taking the wheel trap off. then RP can happen. given the player joins back in 5-10 minutes.. Times need to be balanced on the operation of the tools to be fail but that's it.

unfortunately I have done the /report a many of times so far for bugs, and general game breaking moments. on me and such, its... a miss miss. sometimes an admin won't be online or available for 10-15 minutes. You have to walk. It happens. Same with Taxi's btw...... can we open the registration back?? why is it locked, 2 taxi drivers, 6600 distance just to get to me so its kind of the same, they are there - but... in the moments you need them its painful to wait for them. of course. If there is no other way... At the end, Admin isn't supposed to even be related to a SMALL car thief, which found an EMPTY vehicle and decided to lock pick it. This is not RP - can the vechile wouldn't really be empty, the player just crashed. Second, he might take the loot from the inventory of the vehicle, or have sold its content OR even CHOP SHOPPED it already? What then? If an admin tried to help the player but the vehicle is gone... who is at fault? No one. Shouldn't be possible to even LOCKPICK a player who disconnected not longer than 10-15 minutes ago. just to make it a lot of more easier and nicer and more realistic to everyone who is playing. This can happen to anyone at the end, this is my opinion. Why bother an admin or a REPORT for it you know? its not game breaking - its a hassle for who ever got stolen by a crash...

This is my point. Cops do get handled. Do you think that is some what realistic in a REAL city? If a COP gets murdered, it shjould be a LEVEL RED of JESUS no one is going to die anymore and lets get this nonsense over with - exactly like you said, Gangsters have week guns for a purpse and they cost to upgrade their inventory - after all, all that suits is for killing SO except threating and killing , thats where the RP ends if you choose to BUY a good gun. That is your decision. I can tell you you can get cops even drop their guns in the right scenario and you can get it for free! I did that in my past RP servers too. In a right RP moment that they have a chance at least to react - just like with every player. s on in this server with only 16 hours in total. : ( IK did not play for 16 hours. You can see the POLES physically in the Intersection. They are gray poles with a camera on them You can potentially go one intersection at a time and map them for yourself but IRL you will never see a map of these things, maybe on Waze... Navigation App but that's a whole other story haha

Cuse this rule has nothing to do with finding an EMPTY car out of nowhere in the middle of nowhere, the first thing that comes to mind is imma lock pick it But if its someone that was on his way to something important with a lot of stuff in ins car, but he just crashed... I heard everyone crashes occasionally - is anyone not crashing? I do per 10 hours or so of gaming without stop, which is basically daily. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. There was no role play when I crashed, I was driving somewhere... There are no Other Parties... someone random found my car in the middle of the road... You reconnect back, your car is gone, you are stuck in the middle of nowhere. Something to protect lockpicking while someone is "Disconnected from the server" for like 5-10 minutes so they can come back and have their game continue as it was left. cause crashes are not real.... you cannot RP a crash. in anyway. its an excuse cause PHYSICALLY your out of the game and you can only trust that others will run with your RP when you log back in. no harm. But loosing your car in 5 minutes just cause you crashed? It doesn't state in the rules something to protect against it. not does it have to have a rule, just a simple script that locks a car like NCZ does? but for 5 mnutes. If not. you can at least draw the fuel out of it? i don't know... make Jerry cans refillable at gas stations and have one in your TRUNK always. Justin case. Real life scenario escpecially if you go OFF roading and into the wilderness, some cars have SPARE tires, which is another point that I do not understand why cant we repair our own tires. but thats another subject altogether.

Excuse you but I already spoke with an admin that watched the video, except the OOC chatter I did not break ANY rules. So do not SPREAD lies. If you want to specify in the VIDOE itself in the comments WHICH rules have I broken I would be happy but. I can get a general Idea of the server . I alone today went over the rules multiple times, one after another and If you did truly read my Report, I stated clearly which rules I believe the Suspect killer broke. I know which he broke and I have proof of it too. So I don't know why are you coming to me in complains about an EVENT that I did not choose to participate in. Nor did I break any rules so as far as im concerned your opinion is not on subject at all. Server rules are not even realted this his subject. All I am saying that people aren't really afraid of any consequences. I am new to the server, I've played for the past week no stop, did literally EVERY activity almost in the game, got into a gang, robbed, helped, laughts and even got lucky. I don't know about you but of course im not top in the server, But I can tell you that the RP and how people treat each other in the server is... weird and not natural. People play like they aint afraid of nothing. Our whole gang just got wiped yesterday and the police didnt get involved. how can a WAR happen in a city and the cops sit by? I tend to stay well away from trouble but what can I say, even these random death matches and robberies are out of control - the least I am asking for is RP out of them but that's not gonna happen. People need to understand that the points is not the rules or the game or even the server.... its the role play. its LOGICAL if you just follow it Its like IRL, but you can be a bit more crazyy and wild... it shouldnt be TOO Much out ofyour OWN character, to give it a natural feel. There are some characters that take it to the extreme but even EXTREME characters can have Role play, you can be a Psycho with a GREAT story behind, one that KILLS but only after he asks his victim what kind of food he likes and then goes on a rampage about suchi for 30 minute while holding 2 people hostange in a clothing store - this is just an example yes? obviously.... but I don't know why are you being so OVER PROTECTIVE about this matter? We need electric chairs for crimials after X strikes out. The more Rule Breaking, NON rp or unrealistic or out of RP logical bounds, you get more and more strike outs, until your CHARACTER IS COMPLETELY WIPED. Then these gangers will fear the real mortality of RP. See if they're Banks and they're saved up stolen money will dissapear if they just do what ever they want. Need Cops that get bonues or Bounty calls on criminals, the more report a player has, the more the bounty on his head grows automatically. Players can also change indentiy and CID on the top changes each time you log in so... It's very hard to say "that guy stole my stuff" cause A) he just runs off with it, never to be caught or judged for his crime. B) he can change his car color, change clothes and completely go to the other side of the map just to get away, Basically, A kind of detective or a fair gain for cops to at least TRY to catch the people that RUN away. Maybe a automatic Witness thing that when these crimials kill or get described by their ID to the police, it will show a general wareabout for the cops to try to find him? Maybe give him ceration escape routes for the criminal to do so he is mobile and he cannot just simply camp. Maybe rid of the Masks and make sure they are illegal in day time. this is not hte Coronna iN game - no need to be ridiculous. Just make Masks Illegal in day time, so yyou can see EVERYONE's names and Alias'se And if someone puts on a mask, then... people can stay back a bit.... he is up to no good. cops will see that and react accordingly.... I can think of like 15 thinks to Make life harder on EVERYONE and at the same time making it more equal. Same for the people that already have all the power in the world and the gang memebers to support a full on war. but stealing from civilians is where the party is at........ There should be something that gangs can, like a competitive match, get into an area that they can do all the DM and TURF wars they want, maybe t he south side of the city can be a LOT MORE dangerous for GANG members to hang around? of course any civilians caught in the crossfire - well... this is a bad neighborhood. so stay away kind of idea. when someone knows you and can tell your name to the cops, or at least can DESCRIBLE how you look to ROLE PLAY an actual ID (cause as I said, yo ucan just change your looks very VERY fast), then the player is marked for the cops and now its just a matter of getting away with it AT LEAST this is a bit fair cause the cops can catch him and give back your stuff? money? items? w/e or just throw him to prison, money comp. he needs to pay it for you, some money goes to the palyer. this happened to me, i was changed 7500 $ for just running from the police with a LIMo, (recorded on twitch) and I got fined. which is absolutely perfect. But If the cops aren't there... which 90 % of the time they are not, which is an issue in RP servers, civilias vs cops vs EMT ratio is very hard. But seeing that all the recuitmnet desks are almost closed ( i applied for both emt and police) and it seems like they are kind of full, indicating that I should see cops all over the place- but I still don't. I've palyed today 16 hours total almost and I barely saw any cops... not only that.. I was actually trying to steal and rob RP wise and i still barely encountered them - all over the map.. almost nothing.. just a general feeling from the streets.
