  3. Sorry, but you can't do that at the moment. We are working on vehicle tuning and once that is done, mechanics will be able to apply any custom color on vehicles.
  4. When I used to play as a taxi driver, I would tell my customers that I can't break the law, unless they make it worth the risk. Also, I think the speed limits are fine the way they are now.

  6. You are always asked to confirm that you want to pay $10.000 to create a faction. You cannot be in more than one faction at a time. Also, the criminal factions will disband automatically if all members leave them. The money you paid was sent to offshore accounts that have redirected the funds to other criminal factions, so I am not willing refund that money, because it has reached other players.
  7. You're saying that they lose health for no apparent reason? That is not intended behavior.
  8. I can't confirm that, but I have heard the same thing many from other sources - higher FPS lets you go faster, also a player's story mode save will affect his performance in GTA:N if, for example, if he has high driving skill in his save game, he may do better in GTA:N too.
  9. Player characters are not allowed to be in more than one faction and that is not going to be changed. Also, your idea completely contradicts our initial concept for criminal factions, that are meant to be open to all players. While it's true that people will created fail gangs, they won't have significant impact on the server and will eventually fade away and get recycled by the script. In the future, gangs will need to fight each other for control of objectives, that will grant them special assets and increase their profits. Low quality gangs will fail to compete and will be eliminated by natural selection.

  13. More people are having the same problem, though not many are affected. We will try to change some things and will inform you here when the hotfix is out.
  14. The impact on the economy should not be significant, because they can't just spawn money, they need to find a buyer first and the buyer's money comes from player earned salaries. Also, it's not expected that many people will use this system to import vehicles, because most would rather wait a little longer and earn in-game money than spend real cash. But in the event of a rich person donating a lot of money and abusing it, I will add a vehicle sale cooldown for a few weeks to protect the car dealers. If the system gets abused despite the cooldown, I will implement harsher restrictions.

I regret to inform everyone, that we were unable to deliver all of our promises in time and decided to release a change log anyway so the community knows what has been done.   21. It's best to park vehicles in places where there's less player traffic. There's a GTA:N streaming bug, that randomly destroys vehicles, when a player gets into streaming proximity. The only 100% secure way to park your vehicle is on your property with the command /park
  22. You should try stepping back a little, the Faggio is small and the script applies car dimensions to all vehicles. So if a vehicle is big, that might require you to climb on on top of it or if it's small, you might need to move further away.
  23. I think he's talking about the default import price. We will publish a list of available vehicles in the UCP on a later date.
  24. The idea is that dealership owners need to invest money to gain money. When people buy more dealerships and the current dealers become richer, you can expect a larger variety of vehicles and price range.
