  1. Player(s) being reported: ID 93 Date of interaction reported: 8/July/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1594186227 Your characters name: Jimmey Wu Other player(s) involved: Johmarcus Johnson Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Vehicles cannot be used as a weapon in an active shootout unless it's unavoidable when fleeing an active shootout. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. 10. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. How did the player break the rule(s)? Player 93 was picking up a crate from a drop, he saw us driving up so he get into his driver seat instantly while having a crate on his hand and drove away. He hit me on the way down the mountain even though there are plenty of space for him to escape. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/m3rqg2
  2. You said you didn't see me until I was out of the rv, but why would you swerve into me, hit me, then reverse just to hit me again. It was not desync as you know what you were doing since when you injured me, you jump out of the rv instantly just to loot my body. You also state that your character is a car thief but why did you leave the scene ON FOOT right after you were finish looting me but not chopping the rv? I could not pm you ingame to let you know about the rule break and to save your footage because you already log out as if you knew something was wrong and admin were coming after you.
  3. Player(s) being reported: ID 85 Date of interaction reported: 19/6/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1592460643 Your characters name: Jimmey Ricey Other player(s) involved: - Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. 15. Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping Robberies are to be conducted in a realistic manner and require the robber to have a reasonable in character motive. High risk, but little reward robberies are deemed unrealistic and should not be performed. Robberies should be performed in secluded areas where there is a low chance to be seen by witnesses. Desert and forest areas could be considered secluded but potential witnesses should be taken into account. Players are allowed to kidnap or to take other players hostage for these specific reasons: • You have to have a roleplay reason to kill the victim in accordance with the a, b, and c points under DM section. • If you attempt to commit robbery of a property, you are allowed to hold the players within that property until you have finished the robbery. An NPC is not a valid hostage. • If a hostage situation involves police in any way all of players involved in holding the hostage may not take another hostage for 1 OOC week. Players can give consent to other players to be kidnapped outside of the stipulations above if the roleplay makes sense, but they should in such cases avoid involving law enforcement in any way due to the consented roleplay. How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 85 and i were chatting at the furniture store, when we were done chatting i hop in my rv to continue building. He must have jumped in and start driving while i was trying to lock the rv from the interior of the rv. When i was done building i got out of the rv, not realizing it was stolen and confused why i was not at the furniture store. ID 85 proceed to run me over twice without saying a word, and looted my body then flee. I attempt to inform ID 85 that he was be reported but he logged out as admin told me. ID 49 DM

I think desync played a huge part in this situation because of in my POV, i did hit him first time and i didn't ran him over the second time, i was repositioning so my passenger could get a better angle of shooting him which he did but player 193 sprints back into my car and touches the car thus it looked like i ram him the second time. The value of my friend's life at that situation is more valuable than my car so i didn't had that in mind, but i didn't slam the gas to hit the guy, i did tried to slow down on my way of hitting him and the car (the feltzer) to prevent my car from stalling. here's my pov: https://streamable.com/dy6ui

i didn't try to run you over, i was backing up so i can pick my friend up but you decided to get in the way, i stop as well and didnt touch you with the car and you fire upon me, you would had kill me but it seems like you had to reload and then you went to fire on my friend which was holding a bag. I was yelling "lets go" cause we clearly heard on the radio that bikes were coming in. In the video, no one could heard you telling us to put our hands up, if you did your number on your head would have turn green.
