I don't know how you're justifying how someone driving a stolen vehicle gets the fines, its not how it works irl, shouldnt work ig. The speedcamera would rplying show who was driving, not rocket science

agreed, tickes should go to the vehicle. it makes no sense if you're masked in a stolen car and the driver still gets the tickets?
