  1. RPwise it makes sense, but for the game it would be pretty cumbersome and realistically no one is trying to RP at stores or even interacting with stores in that manner.  Most people also wear the same clothing for months at a time anyways. -1 for me as even if this were a desired change for me (I am indifferent on it), it would be extremely low priority.

  2. This idea seems to lack details on how it would be implemented. Things like team size limits, scheduling, etc. I would also say that most of the stated events seem better as OOC concepts rather than RP events (illegal business man ones sounds fine, but I am not sure how that is even an event).

Also, would this mean criminals are no longer able to participate in the civilian ones, since civilians clearly cannot be involved in these?  Currently the events are open to all, so it seems a bit awkward to only have events that cater to only criminals and even some to only certain criminal factions.

Idea could work, but as presented it is a -1 from me.

  3. The real issue with the scam rule is that it is not even in the rule book.  It's in an obscure forums post that is hard to find even when you are looking for it.. definitely not great for newer players who do not know better (and I am sure a lot of veteran players too).

Rule book definitely needs to be updated in either the NCZ and/or player theft section(s).

  4. On the other hand we don't really need tons and tons of people running around with heavy weapons constantly.  The entire server is so flooded with guns that you can basically get one as soon as you spawn as a new citizen with your 7k cash.  Maybe step 1 is to make sure Gun Stores require some Government background check. Then you can improve the imports when the supply of illegal guns is shorter on the pistol side (gun store).. instead of gang members selling guns wholesale to everyone through their legal business (for example: https://forum.eclipse-rp.net/topic/32247-dante-kalshnikov-ban-appeal/ archive).   I am fairly certain selling 130 guns to 1-3 people would raise some serious red flags IRL.  (Since serial numbers cannot be tracked back to the store that sold them so no IC way to solve this issue either [correct me if I am wrong] . Maybe adding store tracking to serial numbers. Then if police see 80+ guns from 'Corado' from a specific store they know something is up.)

I am also reasonably confident most of the Gun Store owners would not be cleared to own a gun permit let alone a gun store. Any reasonable government approval process with a background check would likely disqualify a number of them.

Overall I do not mind a +1, but I think other changes involving gun stores should accompany the proposed change.

tl;dr: clean up gun store ownership and illegal gun trade that occurs with stores. Probably some sort of background check for ownership of gun stores and associate serial numbers of guns with the store they are purchased from.  Then go and beef up the laptop and promote illegal gun trade through imports (including pistols).

  5. As of right now everything can be handled through the realtor (( price on door )) as I am not looking for trade offers.  As noted I will keep in touch with the realtor and lower the price over time if they are unable to secure a buyer and update the listing here with that information.

That said if you feel the need to contact me you can reach me at 456-2690.

  6. Asking price is $650,000. (( at the door ))

Address: 13 Grove Street (in the Cul-de-sac)

I am in no rush to sell so there is no need for low ball offers as I will periodically reduce the price with my realtor if no deal is reached.

Cash only (not looking for trades).

I have installed a CCTV camera on the front porch as well as adding some safe doors inside the house.

    ((  4x safe doors, 800 Volume + 500 Stash + 200 Refrigerator ))

I mean, if you think the pay is not enough then this can be solved with IC means. Around June-August 2019 there was a faction called the Truckers Union or something of the sorts. They protested the cheap fares and often refused to deliver unless a better price was negotiated. Sadly, they disbanded because their leader left the server. However, they saw moderate success and it could be done again if someone was to do so.

His suggestion is NPC jobs which would need a server price for the jobs (which I suggested be reasonable and on par with other jobs like farming, delivery jobs, etc). Not sure how that is an IC issue (or how the Truckers Union is relevant to this suggestion) when he's complaining about lack of jobs (and thus needing NPC ones) not the awful pay of player generated trucking jobs (which yes they are terrible).

  8. This could be done IC if someone wanted to go that route with a business.  I think this would encourage more petty/chain robberies so I would have to -1.

Maybe instead add finger prints to items that would allow police to track down the people who are littering to fine them.. thus people would need to dispose of them properly.
