It doesn't charge extra for going through Paypal. The credits are €100 for 11,500 credits. And if you pay using USD it ends up being $118 due to currency conversion. There's no fee, or upcharge, it's just how different currencies translate. 100€ isn't the same as $100. €100 is $118.

Restart the game if your name is taken in order to try another one.

They're mostly an ooc deterrent for NCZ and pier vdm, but are IC speed cameras. If you could avoid them by simply wearing a mask it's defeat the entire purpose of them being added. Just don't speed passed them, or go another way.

House boundaries are based on a radius from the front door. In order for houses to have custom boundaries for their properties, somebody would need to go and map the boundaries and coordinates of every single property within the game. As a result of this some houses build permissions won't extend to the entire property due to it having a large yard extended beyond the scripted build radius.
