If you die, you die. If you go to a hospital and live, you live. That's how it works. There is no "deathrp", you either live or die. Naturally you'd want to survive, not die. Also I'll move this topic to the proper forum area.

Do you have any evidence outside of the provided screenshot? Perhaps anything showing your previous credit values prior to the purchases, or maybe a video clip of the bug occuring?

Being exempt from speeding fines just because you decide to mark your vehicle as stolen doesn't make any sense realistically speaking. The speed cameras are there as an IC deterrent, but they're just as much meant as an OOC deterrent too since they're solely placed around No Crime Zones, they're meant to help keep those areas safe from people blowing through them and potentially running somebody over. Same with why the pier one was added, too many people came flying in and would crash into people/cars. Since they've been added the cases of crashing near them have gone down significantly. I say the current system is best left as it is.

For issue 1, the build area for houses based on a radius from the front door. Some houses, like this one, have a large property extending from the door and the build area will not reach the entire thing. The only way to fix this would be to manually go to each and every property in the game and set a custom build permission boundary, which I do not believe is planned to happen as of now, since it would be a huge task.

It doesn't charge extra for going through Paypal. The credits are €100 for 11,500 credits. And if you pay using USD it ends up being $118 due to currency conversion. There's no fee, or upcharge, it's just how different currencies translate. 100€ isn't the same as $100. €100 is $118.
