Yeah that happened to me yesterday. I drove all the way out to claim it and then it wasn't in the dialogue when I got there. When I tracked it, it was back in the original parking spot. So, check where you originally had it parked. If you can remember use /showvehicles (costs $250).

I'm curious about the extent of this rule. I've noticed a lot of people mentioning other servers and there's even a topic somewhere for people to discuss what servers they RP'ed on in the past. The way the rule mentions "communities" it makes it seem as if it means any online gaming community. Does this rule apply exclusively to gta n servers? Does this rule apply exclusively when one says "join this server!" or does it apply any time another server is mentioned?

Nah, there's a little quiz when you first join the server but it's easy af. Just connect to the server and it'll have you log into your CP account or create one. You have a forum account already so I don't think you'll need to create one. Once you log it it'll send you straight to the quiz.
