With the new changes to interacting with doors and vehicles, I feel it is necessary to make it so you can not open the trunk/hood and doors at Low and High End. I feel it is very Non RP to have them like this:

100% agree. With the new influx of players, I am seeing less and less RP (or will to RP for that matter) from new players. +1.

100% +1. Double the blockades and double the distance. They are monitored very heavily by all departments, and abuse is 100% punished by the respective supervisors.

This is actually such a great idea, I would be absolutely keen to see something like this happen, business by day and partying by night.
