I and a few others are unable to enter certain door and buildings. Some examples of doors/gates/building that dont open for me are: Back door of tequilala, Big gate at altruist camp, indoor of building at scrapyard. Is there any way i can fix this?

If you want peope to use your service i would suggest getting a unique vehicle (such as a stretch limo) to transport the passengers around. I would happily pay 5-8k maybe more depending on the length of the trip

I see why the 3 month system is in place but it is very frustrating when i pull up to a store or gas station multiple times over several days to see that it is empty or out of stock and i dont think im alone in this. There could atleast be a script that automatically takes money out from that persons assets and restocks the business after 2 weeks of inactivity then becomes manuel when they become active again

The time before it is put on sale should at least be reduced.

HUGE +1 Im in jail at least once a week and this would make things much more interesting as well as provide various much needed rp opportunities in the prison.

So recently ive noticed alot of business (Gun Stores, Gas Stations) are out of stock/fuel and they have remained like so for several weeks. Its always annoying to go to a gun store and see that its out of stock or go to a gas station is out of fuel but they the owners of a few of these don't ever stock them. There should be a rule in place that makes these neglected businesses automatically go on sale on the market if the owner has either not been online for a set amount of time or the business has not been stocked for a set amount of time (ex. owner is inactive for 2 weeks, or business is out of stock/fuel for 2 weeks). The time before the store is put on the market will obviously need to be discussed between the admins and the price of the business when it is auto listed will need to vary depending on location, but this system is long overdue. It would not take much script to implement, and it could also be done manually by the admins. This would force the owners to at least be active and stock the business when needed.

In addition, the hotels could add a lot more fun situations for Police and Criminals as they will both have new ways to RP with the hotel systems. Currently people without homes (noobs mostly) are buying warreners and storing items in them, then placing the warrener in the parking garage which is kind of unrealistic.

Would 2000 - 10000 (scaling on interior size and quality) be adequate or do you think it should be more expensive?

I think a system that allows you to go into some of the many tall apartments near vinewood or near vespucci canals and book/rent a room for a certain amount of time would be very cool. You can use the hotel rooms as a disposable location to rp certain things(prostitution, hiding from cops, temporary place to store items, etc) You could store whatever items you want in the room but after a set amount of time “maids” will come and clean out the room (which makes you lose everything in the room). Furthermore it would be a place where noobs can use to store items until they buy a house. This also might slightly reduce the prices of houses since house prices are currently heavilly inflated. In the traditional gta online most houses are in apartments. So the textures of high quality and low quality interiors are in the game already. You can pay more for a better looking and larger interior room just like in real life.
