Okay there is a way how to get into stashs like this, you need to park a car outside your house leave it open, go into house check stash, take one item from the car inventory while checking house stash, and after moving 1 item, your normal stash will pop up, but still needs some kind of fix.

Talked with support andy.He said that i should make a bug report @Andy Tried reloging, moving stash, asking friend to check stash, nothing helped.
