I will assume that the issue does not persist anymore given the lack of response, however if it does happen in the future i encourage you to submit a bug report in-game (/report 2) to request a moderator for you to be moved. Best of luck!

There were multiple issues pertaining to verification emails for outlook email accounts amongst other account services, however the issues have since been fixed. If this issue still persists, please contact a head administrator or above to get it resolved. Best of luck!
