Hey, @heltahop, if you have any antivirus programs I'd suggest turning them off as well. One of the main causes of this issue is that one or more files could be missing. I'd suggest trying to reinstall RageMP. Installing it to a different drive could fix the issue as well.

In my personal opinion this I see this abused a lot, for different reasons. Although it might be somewhat easy to do and even though in theory, it won't be abused due to the way you need to activate it, it really sounds risky. Being given the ability to some players to go OOC and not be able to be touched can create some massive issues in the situation. Obviously, this is my own opinion, take in mind that upon entry every player agrees with the rules, and the rules clearly state that this situation, you being stopped by a glitch, still counts to that rule, as in real life you can't really crash into an invisible object. So if someone does that/attempts to do that, he can be punished. Cops are really strict on that rule, in the case of you being kicked/disconnected/killed due to an issue we immediately pause Roleplay (we notify over our faction chat for the officers who aren't directly on the scene so they can stop where they are) and if needed we wait for staff members to come. This, however, shouldn't just be a thing only when the police is present in the situation, everyone should do that. Glitches, random kicks, and crashes can happen for no reason at random times, people should be aware of that and shouldn't use it as a way to gain an advantage over players, who are victims of said glitches/random kicks/crashes. Back to my personal opinion, I am not saying that this is a bad idea, not at all, the only reason for me not to 100% agree with you is due to the simple fact that I am sure people will find a way to abuse it.

As Femo said, if all the players in the area agree to pause the RP, then I believe it should be okay.

That's a great suggestion! For the moment I suppose you can just roleplay your stuff being locked away, so while they'll be able to take them script-wise, roleplay wise they'd be locked somewhere. In a storage cabinet in the trunk for example, or the glove box.

Hey, @jensen1234, as you have probably seen, the player base of the server at the moment is quite huge, this is one of the reasons why we are strict on the quizzes. I'd suggest you take a look and then think about that again, at around 7-8 PM GMT If you have read and understood the rules, then I don't see any reason why you wouldn't be let in. The rest of it is common sense from the roleplay environment. That's just a way to ensure that we are going to have people who know what they are doing, as all of the questions, from the quiz, test your knowledge over things which are HIGHLY important for your in-game experience. There's no point in doing that, failing the quiz means that you clearly don't know the rules and shall re-read them. Don't think that passing the quiz once will make you untouchable as there have been numerous cases where people, who passed their quiz and didn't know how to RP at all, have been returned to the quiz. As well as that if you look up in your panel you can see that you have an admin log. You get the idea, you get punished a lot, you go out. By saying this I am NOT trying to discourage you from playing, I am trying to explain you what the consequences can and will be and obviously proving you wrong. I'll be happy to see you in-game, as long as you know how to roleplay and follow the rules. I understand that it can get quite frustrating to get failed over one mistake, but that's how the developers decided to do it and I personally think that the quiz is good as it is, letting only players who have a general idea of how to roleplay (If obviously, they haven't cheated). Hey to verify the files on the social club version, go to the folder in which your game is installed, press Shift+Right Click and select "Open Powershell here". In the dialog that's going to pop out, type in "cmd" (without the quotes) and then type "playgtav.exe -verify". This will start GTA V's loading window and after a few moments, you'll be able to see it verifying the files. Let me know if this helped you out or if you need more help.

Hey! Something that I've heard manages to fix this bug is connecting via "Direct connect" on the RageMP launcher. Let me know if this doesn't fix the issue for you.

Hey, make sure you typed in the correct email. I personally had problems before with some email domains, they won't just receive an email so I'll suggest using Gmail if you aren't already. As well as that make sure to check the "spam" folder of your email.
