I stand neutral to this situation because I don't necessarily care if I need someone or not to release it. I've gotten my car impounded 2 or 3 times this past week and I've managed to find an officer there or found one in the city and asked him to follow me to the impound. If you ask them, unless they are busy with something, they will assist you. I would like to simply go unimpound it, but then it would be the same as Mors. Maybe it is reasonable to have a slighter bigger punishment to getting your car impounded as someone took the time to roleplay towing it for whatever RP reason. Simply avoid getting it impounded and that is very do-able if you think about it before you leave your car somewhere, same as you would in real life. I truly think police should decide whether or not they want to keep the task or not as it may seem to be more of a pain in the ass to them as they are the ones who have to go out of their way to release cars all day long. We criminals/civilians on the other hand have ways to avoid it.

Maybe requiring more than 2 people as you can do this at stores, and sure jewelry stores and banks have higher security. Or have a new way to alert police. Maybe a higher reward/faster money grabbing once the vault is open (5-10 minute process with someone aiming at the clerk and 200$ instead of ~50-60$) with a higher risk (Police alerted a certain amount of time after the vault is opened. Would be pretty realistic since cops take a certain amount of time to reach a bank being robbed and it shouldn't be the easiest thing to get away. Good heist criminals would time these things in real life so having a fixed amount of time to do the robbery while the cops arrive can be risky and fair for both sides. High risk high reward. Also, it can monitored to only be available for robbery during certain times so that it is not abused when no LSPD is online.

+1, also would help with not having to give keys when a friend crashes or something. Had to give keys to my friend 5-6 times in a day which caused some problems. (A lot of pointless driving back and forth)

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: I can upload the video if you think this is insufficient but I used shadowplay to record this and you can see the timestamp of the video player. I rather not waste my time to upload this for no reason this screenshot shows that Ziggy Danka had a Jack and a 2 that made a straight ( A, 2, 3, 4, 5) but Mac won the hand for the majority of the pot with 2 pairs (A,A and 5,5). Straight beats 2 pairs.

bro haha i didn't say you MG'd Ziggy's name... and I'm 0 mad at you, you had every reason to report me and I don't blame you for bringing Nicky. But the cop was the one breaking rules, where he didn't even question me or ask me what happened he took your word for it even if I described another random civilian that was at the farm earlier before the robbery. He said he didn't believe my story and he has no reason not to... He literally used his OOC judgement to influence his IC mind to think that I committed the crime NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Literally didn't bother roleplaying with me. Also, he used Nicky being a witness and you knowing my name and number as justification to me robbing you. Like he stuck me in the cell off the bat as soon as he arrested me at the traffic stop and that's it, didn't ask me anything other questions. He literally was like even trying to provoke me, which kinda worked cause the things he was saying were so stupid and irrelevant. Anywhom, I don't have ooc hate for you, it was a in the moment feeling to rob you and your friend Nicky. I just roleplayed with her again on her diff character (if she even has one mightve accidentally been her again) and we talked for like 5 seconds until i died to a dmer haha.
