So I was walking down the street when Darnell pointed out that one of his homies was across the street. We go and out of nowhere the police show up and put us in cuffs. I honestly didn't know what to do so I complied with the police and they let me free but took Darnell to jail. I'm waiting for Darnell to get out so we can go eat. He was in possession of morphine pills without a prescription so I don't know when he will get out. Any Ideas?

There should be TV's in the houses that can be used, like not to watch in-game tv but maybe youtube. Also, radios that you could take around and play youtube or SoundCloud on would be really neat.

But you don't even need the keys to start players cars, whats the difference?

In real life police cars have no key protection at all so why do you have to be a government official to start one ingame. You can start every other players car without having the keys so I honestly don't see the need to have that. If the officers dumb enough to leave his cruiser unlocked he should be able to get it stolen, simple as that. By get it stolen I'm implying if he leaves it unlocked in public responding to a call or something not at PD. There should be some protection at PD because its a no crime zone. I provided a image of the inside of a police cruiser below and you can clearly see that the keyhole has no protection on it whatsoever. It's simply a key...

Im sick of doing water escapes and being stopped by admins because I'm swimming away from the police and they can't catch me. I had to waste 4 hours of my time sitting in prison because the police couldn't grab me in the water and I had to either get banned or surrender. In my time of running I got exhausted 3 times and was still in the water for about 3 seconds and if there was a command to grab them and lead them to shore they could've used it. This would be a very good thing to implement into the server and save my entire faction from getting banned because we have preplanned water escape routs.
