  1. Hello and thank you for raising your concern.

Over a month ago, our Media Relations Division in collaboration with our Firearms Licensing Division has pushed out a press release regarding the release of "Form B", a newly introduced form which allows those who have lost their firearms license to re-apply after twelve months of having a "clear" record, unless they have been charged with one of the felonies listed in the press release. You can find the press release here: lspd.gov/press-releases/04-23-20/firearms-and-licensing-division-offers-a-second-chance-for-ex-convicts.htm

To summarize the press release, if you were not charged with a felony that permanently disqualifies you (listed in the press release) from re-obtaining your permit and you have maintained a clear record for the last twelve months, you can re-apply for your firearms license using FORM B, as opposed to FORM A, which is used to apply for the first time. This should be of assistance to those who have lost their firearms license by receiving a charge that qualifies for the removal of a permit but does not prohibit the re-obtaining of one.

  2. +1, it'd be much better to be able to select a specific piece of furniture through the interaction menu as opposed to taking chances with the command, hoping to remove the right piece of furniture so that you don't have to spend 20 minutes fixing the accidentally created issue.

Issue/bug you are reporting: Standard female uniforms for the LSPD faction currently have issues with their torso clipping through, you can see a small part of the upper arm clipping through at all times, but it severely clips when unholstering a weapon. This was fixed with the most recent update, but simultaneously broke SWAT gloves. It was then reverted back to it's clipping  torso when SWAT were given their gloves back.

Expected behavior:  No torso clipping through the uniform's top.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Join the LSPD faction on a female character and get into uniform. Then look at the upper arms of your character when idle as well as when (un)holstering a weapon.

Issue/bug you are reporting: When you try to view a newspaper by clicking "Use" whilst inside of a vehicle it'll give you a notification that you are unable to get a camera out at this moment.

Expected behavior: I assume you're not supposed to be able to view a newspaper in a vehicle due to the animation that comes with it, so in that case the notification should be amended to state that you cannot view a newspaper whilst in a vehicle.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Get in a vehicle and click "Use" on a newspaper (in my case, passenger seat of a Neon).

  5. Hello, I believe this is an intended feature and not a bug, and I'll explain why. The house stash spots, prior to the furniture script being implemented on the server, was a spot of 500 volume you could move with a command. I assume the size was 500 volume as there was no way to get more space should it have been required. After implementation of furniture, and with that the addition of safes and cabinets that act as storage, the old stash spots were transformed into the red toolbox you have in your screenshots and maintained their 500 volume so that you could move the stuff. Once you pick up the toolbox, it resets to the regular cabinet size of 50 volume.

Naturally, I'm not one of the developers so I cannot guarantee that this is intended behavior, but this is just my two cents based on what I've experienced, read and seen following the updates to house storage.

Issue/bug you are reporting: The automatic /me sent in the chat when using the /eject command still shows the stranger tag from before the change to "Player ##".

Expected behavior: The /me should state "Player ##" rather than the old stranger tag.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate:

Issue/bug you are reporting: When you get in a cruiser that is assigned to a specific unit without being in a unit yourself, it will show "{}" in the chat message as opposed to displaying the actual unit the cruiser is assigned to.

Expected behavior: For the chat message to display the actual unit name as opposed to "{}".

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: When in the LSPD faction, go on-duty but do not create or join a unit. Have someone else in a different unit spawn a cruiser and then get in said cruiser.

As an end note, I've done several searches to see if this was reported previously which turned up to nothing, so should there be a report about this already, I apologize.

  8. Are there no pictures of the interior available? Surely if there's such a big stash in one central location you should show where it's at so that we know it's not oddly placed at the door or in an inconvenient place where it might need moving. Plus, the outside of the house might look decent, but right now the entire interior and furniture is unknown.

Issue/bug you are reporting: Similar to two other pending bug reports with certain things not showing up the way they're meant to in notifications, the notification you receive when you cancel the import of a credit vehicle doesn't actually display the amount of credits you've been refunded, but displays "{0}" instead.

Expected behavior:  For the notification to display the appropriate amount of credits that have been refunded.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate:

The text readability should improve on clicking the image or opening it in another tab. I do apologize for the screenshot, it was the only one I was able to get as the notification disappears really, really fast, and chat had to be blurred out due to staff information. Steps to replicate are simply "purchasing" a vehicle from the credit store and then cancelling it with /cvcancel.

    $405,000

After owning this particular car for over a year now, with at least 8 months of that year being spent locked in my garage, I've decided that it's time I list it for sale and try to find a new, more suitable owner that will actually use the car, or at least pays more attention to it than I have, anyway.

I understand that it's not the most popular and/or most wanted vehicle, so I'm not going to be asking for a crazy amount of money for it - however, it is almost fully modded, with the exception of suspension being 1/5, engine being 4/5 and turbo only having the 1/2 option installed, as opposed to the 2/2 option.

    7oVzzmF.png

My current asking price is $405,000 - I believe this price to be rather reasonable considering the modifications that have been made to the vehicle since purchasing it from the dealership. Should you have any questions in regards to the car, shoot me a text at #3104737 (Elena, for contact list purposes).

The vehicle is currently not on the high-end car market (in the city), but will definitely be put on there as well (this is also my preferred way of doing business, should you be interested in purchasing the vehicle) as I don't really care very much about paying the fee that comes with it) once I find a spare ten minutes to do so and/or find a free spot on the market.

Issue/bug you are reporting: Very minor spelling error on the text label for the "Dropping Body" action timer. Not very important, but just making the report so it can be amended at some point in the future.

Expected behavior: Having the word "dropping" spelled with two P's instead of one.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate:

  12. I don't believe anyone is saying that you're lying, but this isn't the right place to make a post regarding possible abuse of power, whether it occurred or not. Furthermore, there are many ways to circumvent the police being able to pinpoint your location on the map, but you'll have to figure out how. The features that allow this were never implemented with the intention of being unfair and as such, it has changed plenty over time and allows for players to avoid being found if they know how to.

  13. If you've got evidence to back up the claims you're making about administrative staff misusing their power, I recommend you to make a player report so that it can be handled in a proper manner. However, I feel like you might've simply gotten unlucky and were caught - there's several ways for Police Officers to find someone's location in the game without the use of administrative powers.

Restricting staff members from assuming an in-character position is not something that should be done.

  14. +1, simple yet good quality of life change. It's pretty eh going through the entire process of releasing a vehicle only to find out that the person you've gone through the process with doesn't actually have the money to have the vehicle released from impound. It'd also help answer the "how much is this going to cost me" questions we often get and cannot answer prior to having the money deducted from their account (or not).

  15. I'm really confused as to why certain items have a timer and others don't. Whilst not really comparable to the losses suffered by accidentally deleting laptops, I've deleted food items and beverages more often than I'd like to admit because there's no timer. Any item that needs destroying/breaking should have an action timer in my opinion, but laptops should definitely take priority due to the monetary value. +1
