  1. Assured Services - November Update The last few weeks C.E.O Paulo Witherfork and C.L.O Marco Davis had endeavored on a small business excursion exploring possible avenues to diversify the company. Returning from their trip, there were a few jobs on the to-do-list that needed ticking off for the coming months. After assembling the motorcade they both spent the day tackling a few jobs. After a detour to Paleto Lumber Mill we commissioned the assemblance of several Christmas trees to appear at our key locations ahead of the festivities with the center piece being visible at the company Head Quarters Bluff Tower. To conclude the day Marco and Paulo thought it time to make some further progress towards their next Subsidiary... Assured Aviation. They spent the evening assembling two new Helipads at Pacific Bluffs where we're hoping to centralize the activity of the business and submitting the necessary paperwork. We look forward to the coming announcements from the aviation administration and the future of this exciting branch.
  2. Maze Bank West - Supporting Enterprise Maze Bank West has always prided itself on being able to provide financial support to the masses while offering the lowest market interest rates. Through our past and present schemes which have enabled people to purchase properties through Assured Property Management at 5% interest to funding business proposals we have been able to invest vast quantities of capital into the pockets of our customers at competitive rates. Last week was no exception, after an inquiry email was received from one of Paulo's old colleagues Maze Bank West once again set to work making their request possible. Due to the nature of the loan our client was unable to obtain the funds from other companies, fortunately Miles met all the criteria to make him a great candidate for the loan. After all the paperwork was signed and meetings were concluded Maze Bank Proceeded to allocate funds of $3,000,000 over into his account making this the largest single transaction in the companies history. A statement from our Client: "Mr Witherfork, This e-mail serves the purpose of feedback specifically for Maze Bank West. When all the doors were closed for me to purchase a business, Assured Services (Maze Bank West) Opened one for me. They offered me a loan of the exact amount I required without any hesitation. Their service was very rapid and simple. I personally would like to thank Mr Witherfork for his help during this hard time for me. I would recommend Assured Services to my Friends and family anytime, and day. Thank you Assured Services! From, Miles Logan"
  3. Assured Services - Reflection On this day 1000 days ago 5 like minded entrepreneurs came together with a collective vision to found the states first conglomerate company. It was on this day that the first official document was created "Assured Security - Business Plan" which outlines the infant stages of the company and the first major business investment. The original funding for Assured Services amounted to at the time a staggering $8,200,000 and would help accelerate the foundation of what would become the most prosperous business in Los Santos. Now comes the question - where do we go from here? Assured Services has met its' fair share of adversity in the world of business. Foundations have crumbled and more often than they can count, the board of shareholders have had to gut their projects and start from scratch. The first two months were chaotic to say the least, with the departure of the C.E.O Jonny Black, C.F.O Dennis Good & C.O.O Tevin Atkinson the company was in Turmoil. However, there is always light at the end of the tunnel. After months upon months of strategy, graft and restructuring the company landed back on two-feet with Paulo Witherfork taking the helm as the new Chief Executive Officer, Chris Crawford as Chief Operations Officer, Blair Allison as Chief Financial Officer and finally James Hawkes as Chief Liason Officer. The key shareholders of the board met at the CEO's home and began to lay the road for Assured's future. They would begin scouring the city of Los Santos and wider state for talent; hungry and driven individuals willing to put in work and start making sales. Assured Services' property, loans and gun market subsidiaries would start to advertise internships for people to learn the craft and take the organisation to the next level. For those who had given their blood, sweat and tears to bringing Assured to where it was now, this move could not happen sooner. The next year was full of prosperity and growth for Assured. Within 8 months of opening Paulo had acquired 5 multi-million dollar businesses that would lay the foundation of the company (Fully Cocked, LogoSource, Pacific Bluffs, Assured Property Management & Maze Bank West) These businesses would generate enough revenue to stabilize the company and provide enough excess income to continue the company's fast growth. It's also important to recognize the relationships established in the first year. These organisations collaborated with Assured not knowing it's financial success down the line but due to the talented team and shared vision of what could be and it's for that exact reason that Burnout Nations, MotorSport & Shadow Corp will always have our support and respect. 2021 was another great year for Assured but didn't come without it's challenges. Most notable would be the foundation of the Chamber Of Commerce, during 2021 the state was met with its first major Business Crisis. As a result of new state legislation, Los Santos saw a substantial increase in fuel prices which was hitting low income citizens which infeasible bills. The responsibility of tackling this emergency fell to the economic powerhouses Assured & Shadow Corp. Thanks to the efforts of both organisations Los Santos saw the creation of the first civilian governed, state endorsed board of representatives and after relentless efforts we saw the government U-Turn on their ineffective policy. Wednesday the 20th of January saw the unfortunate departure of Chris Crawford from Assured Services. Chris was the last remaining founding members of Assured alongside Paulo having dedicated countless hours to getting Assured to where it stands today as one of the biggest corporations in Los Santos. He was the true embodiment of our core values that we preach to all staff offering nothing but the best for the company. Although this was a major loss for the company, his position was swiftly filled by the James Hawkes who would continue to serve in the roll till the present day. Despite the hardship that started off the year, January also saw the creation of Assured Events which would grow to become the company's most profitable and renowned subsidiary. Sokka and Emily Lazoo joined the company and assumed the position as Co-Events Coordinators where they'd have free-reign to host events for the state. In year one the branch would host 5 independent events and collaborate on an additional 2 which would see revenues of $5,400,000 for the company. Staff are the fundamental backbone to any organisation, they're the individuals who keep the cogs turning and ensure the day-to-day running of each business. To get Assured to the point where it owned 9 individual subsidiaries would have simply been impossible for one man to achieve and although the team at Assured isn't the largest by any-means and has definitely seen some restructuring over the years I'm grateful to all those members past and present who have dedicated their time into getting the faction to it's current position. It's for that very reason, it becomes a vital responsibility of management to ensure staff are not only fairly compensated for their efforts but also to made to feel included and valued. When we became the first official faction on ECRP I felt indebted to all those members and compelled to reward staff with not only financial bonuses but also a day to remember. Closing Statement - " This thread has perfectly en-captured the achievements of Assured over the last several years but also echoed my gratitude to all staff, associates, friends and faction handlers we've had the pleasure of working with. I'm immensely proud of what we've been able to accomplish with what started as a seed of innovation between 5 friends to one of the longest lasting, first of it's kind, civilian official faction. It's due to the copious amount of time dedicated by the members that we've been able to lead the way in this alternative style of RolePlay and spark new means of interaction not yet seen by the community. We derive most gratification from our community events, which bring a refreshing break from the norm and allow all to interact regardless of character background. Although Assured is proud to have been the first commercial based official faction, we know that we certainly won't be the last. Again I reiterate my appreciation to all the other factions who have collaborated and worked with Assured, all faction members who have directly contributed and built the faction and our handlers who have enabled us to venture into new roleplay opportunities. Thanks, Paulo "
  4. Burnout Nation - 2 Year Anniversary Burnout Nation and Assured Services have been close counterparts for several years. Their relationship with each other has extended beyond each others official status from when both groups were in their infant stages. The ties between our two groups stems from several mutual members between each of the organisations, James Hawkes (Current C.O.O) and Chris Crawford (Founding Executive). From funds upwards of $730,000 being exchanged between the two groups to playing hide & Seek in Mirror Park and setting up legendary events it's safe to say that both groups stand alongside one another. A statement from the C.E.O: Since December 2020, Burnout Nation has maintained a strong lasting Relationship with Assured Services. Over the last two years, both organizations have continuously provided support to one another and been witness to each other's growth and prosperity! Since the foundation of Assured, Burnout Nation has contributed $375,000 towards community events, attended over 15 gatherings and collaborated on 3 joint events. These statistics help to quantify continued devotion between our two like-minded factions. It goes without saying that Burnout Nation has been one of our longest confidants and a crucial friend to our faction over the last two years! We hope to maintain our robust amity for many more years to come.
  5. Pride Night at Pacific Bluffs! Following the installation of the new lighting rigs at Pacific Bluffs the executive team it was long overdue to host another event. With June just around the corner, it was unanimously decided that Pacific Bluffs will host a Pride Night. En-keeping with the values of Pride month, we ensured that all would be welcome by making this the clubs first free entry event! In the lead up to the event, Paulo reached out to his list of contacts seeking support for the event. The department of Correction, Bayview & Burnout Nation all generously backed the event with financial aid and attendance from their organisations. C.O.O James Hawkes was once again tasked with creating an attention grabbing poster which was as always executed to perfection! On the day of the event, Paulo was met with eager attendees who had shown up to the venue up to 45 minutes early! Once all staff were briefed and suited it was time to let the masses flood into the venue. The event was a hit! With the carpark at capacity and the dance floor filled the events team had achieved another highly successful event! As the event came to a close, Paulo was met with generous praise from attendees! Not only was the event a success in terms of the customer satisfaction and turnout but also financially successful. Having generated revenues of $1,359,750 it makes the second most profitable event in Assured's History and brings the company's revenue's to over $45,000,000. The management team at Assured Services would like to extend our gratitude to Icarus Matsumoto, Jeremy Williams, James Hawkes, Marco Davis & Asbjorn Schmidt for staffing the event and making it possible! We thank all of those in attendance, and hope to see you all soon at our next event.
  6. Exciting New Position! Following extensive discussions with SAJB, Assured Services is proud to announce that it will be founding the states first private firm, as such we will be looking to welcome a new member onto our board of management in our new position of Legal Director!
  7. Getting an Upgrade! It's no surprise to hear that Pacific Bluffs is Assured Services most successful business having hosted a plethora of highly successful events over the last year. Since it's opening, the club has maintained it's original stylish look but has been more then deserving of a makeover. With an event in the pipeline, there's no better time to revamp this legendary venue to give it some new features deserving of it's reputation. After consulting his list of contacts, Paulo commissioned the refurbishment of the venue with the aim of introducing new modern day technology into this classic club. Within the week, the construction team has established their work site in the carpark and had commenced the installation of several new lighting rigs. After 4 days had passed, Paulo was given the all clear to enter Pacific Bluffs where he received a tour by the site foreman who was able to introduce Paulo to his new ceiling display. Three new rigs had been mounted and wired above the center dancefloor to bring a bit of extra energy to the club and to help fill the empty space which once was there. This new light system comes equipped with hundreds of interchangeable light patterns through 700 individual LED light bulbs to bring an array of colour to the room. Paulo was more then impressed with the finished product and can't wait to test them out at the clubs next opening! As always a big thank you @MarcoD for his assistance in setting up the RP!
  8. Chamber Of Commerce - Results Back at the start of 2021 Assured Services Co-Founded the Chamber of Commerce to promote discussion and open a dialogue between Business Owners, State Officials and Citizens. The first meeting was highly successful with a large number of attendees actively participating in the discussions. During this meeting, we tackled pressing issues, resolved conflict and answered burning questions. During the time of the first meeting the state was going through a fuel crisis, through the Chamber of Commerce we were able to liaise with the Government to reduce the import price of fuel into Los Santos and therefore resolving the problem. Towards the back end of 2021 the state found itself in a similar situation with new government legislation draining businesses of all revenue and feeding the illegal weapons trade. A second Session was called for where the state expressed even greater concerns towards the states actions and sanctions they had imposed. After constant pressure from Assured Services for follow up meetings the state finally received some good new 6 months after the meeting. The government issued the following press statement: This was very reassuring news and has helped businesses somewhat reaffirm their confidence back in the government. Although they've started to tackle our primary concern from that last meeting we still await a face-to-face meeting with the government which we were promised to fully discuss the states strategy to resolve the issues brought forth by the people. We want to Assure all that we will continue our efforts in representing the state and continue to apply pressure to the government to resolve the collective concerns of the people.
  9. New Subsidiary in the Works - Assured Graphics Assured Services has always prided itself on offering such a diverse range of high quality services. Throughout the years, the public have always been keen to praise the level of standard of our logos, posters and advertisement material. Spearheaded by C.O.O James Hawkes our internal graphics department has produced copious amounts of unique and notable designs for our events and new branches which we have established over the years. Recently two government employees Sai Modi & Hector Price reached out to Paulo expressing great interest in joining Assured. After brief conversations with both individuals Paulo was able to identify that both had done various design works for small businesses in the state. After consulting James Hawkes, both were in agreement that there was space in the market for a graphics design agency and that this was a prime opportunity to capitalise and further expand the company. The following day, Paulo took both Hector and Sai into Bluff Tower and presented the idea to both individuals. Fortunately this idea was met with great enthusiasm and both were keen to get started. After assigning them both their first appointment and James creating a brand new logo for our newest subsidiary we look forward to seeing where this new branch goes.
  10. Thank you both for your supportive comments! I hope that reading these threads keeps your peace of Mind Assured.
  11. New Leasing Scheme - The Wedding Assured Property Management has always been one of the backbone branches to the company, having been the second division established in the branch back in 2019. Over the last 3 years, many properties have come and gone through the company ranging from Residential Mansions selling for £13.5 million to a Small Coffee shop down in Vespucci. In this last year, Assured has furthered it's investment into commercial properties having now acquired both Pacific Bluffs Country Club and as of recent Bluff Tower Office Complex. Now construction has been finalized on both properties we're happy to launch our new leasing schemes which allow members of the public the option to rent these exclusive facilities in an affordable Price Range. Pacific Bluffs People are no stranger to the amount of opportunity Pacific Bluffs brings, having hosted the states largest car shows, Beach Parties and Nightclub evenings. Equipped: 70+ Vehicle Parking Lot 3 Bars & Kitchen Facilities Large dance floor & DJ Booth 3 Private Lounges and Private Booths Beach Access & Large Pool area Exterior Bar And Much More... Pacific Bluffs can truly cater to all occasions. Due to the talents of C.O.O. James Hawkes who was able to produce another excellent poster, we were quickly able to drum up some attention to this new scheme. Shortly after advertising the venue, an old friend of Paulo's reached out to him inquiring about the venue. Ed Johnston initially met Paulo back in 2020 when he purchased a new home in the Vespucci Canals, and since then they've worked alongside each other in their law enforcement careers. After breaking the exciting news about his and Peter Stanford engagement he expressed an interest in utilizing the outside of Pacific Bluffs for the wedding reception and of course we were thrilled by the news and agreed to facilitate the event. Although Paulo was unable to attend the event due to some personal business other employees were able to show up to the wedding. As the sun set on the horizon the beautiful ceremony commenced on Chumash pier, with nothing but sea breeze and gentle crashing of the waves the wedding was perfect. After vows has been exchanged and the wedding officiated all the attendees made their way over to the country club for the after party. We wish both Peter and Ed all the best and it was a pleasure to host an event! Best wishes, Assured Services!

  13. An evening with the Diablos When businesses establish relationships with other organisations, they're usually held together through contracts, however we at Assured believe that in order for an effective relationship to be forged it takes more then a piece of paper. After a discussion with Diablos MC chairman Charlie Rellet, Paulo and Marco were invited down to the clubhouse to participate in one of their weekly rides around Los Santos. Marco & Paulo made their way down to HeavyFlow where they removed the dusty covers off two old motorcycles. After a short ride they both joined the Crew inside their clubhouse and shared a beverage with the their friends. Unfortunately Paulo's attire was not up to scratch so he was kindly offered a jacket.... After getting acquainted with the new members of the club, they headed outside where Paulo and Marco were able to showcase their newly acquired rides. It's safe to say that the two bikes were met with a warm reception given their... unique, appearances. Club members were keen to give them a little test around the block before they departed. As the rain passed by the convoy hit the streets of Los Santos. Passing through Legion Square, Interstate 1, BayView and Bluff Tower they made their way around the state showcasing their roaring motorbikes and captivating the interest of the Public. The ride lasted roughly 45 minutes with several pitstops to allow for the Diablos to chat to members of the public about their rides and to consume refreshments. After retiring back to the club house it's safe to say that Marco and Paulo have had a very exciting day having strayed away from a typical day at the office. While riding in formation with all the members it's safe to say that we've never felt so cool, we look forward to our next collaboration with Los Santos' best biker crew.
  14. Yeah, this issue has occurred in all the properties we've owned. It happened in our old HQ, our current one as seen above and Pacific Bluffs. It really limits us when it comes to making complex builds and large property interiors. Consider Pacific Bluffs cost $5,000,000 to initially purchase, it's frustrating that we can't even utilize have half the space we've purchased, it makes large room properties redundant.

  16. A Productive Week At the start of the week, The Assured Events Team hosted it's annual Pacific Bluffs Car Show which yielded crowds of hundreds attendees wishing to showcase their new vehicles, participate in various actives, party hard to Asbo's tunes or simply to meet some new faces. As always these well planned events were extremely successful having generated copious amounts of additional funds for future events and most importantly very positive feedback from all of those in attendance. The event which lasted two hours had it's first eager participants show up 30 minutes before the event had started and people stay up to 45 minutes after. As always these events would not have been made possible without the support of our friend and sponsors who offered not only capital but also their attending support and some well needed muscle to handle the massive crowds. A big thank you to Diablos MC, Burnout Nation & HeavyFlow for their support. In addition to exciting events, Assured Services saw an internal change too. Following the months of hard graft and recent contributions made to the company by Marco Davis, C.E.O Paulo Witherfork & C.O.O James Hawkes met up to discuss Marco's performance. Thanks to his well renowned name, Charming Personality and Innovative traits it was decided that Marco was a perfect candidate to take the position of Chief Liaison Officer. With another strong person on the board, Assured's C-Suite is going strong with Marco already in talks with various large-scale organisations around the state. As was set out in Paulo's new year 4-Point Plan to kick-start 2022, Assured Services will be heavily investing both time and Capital into getting it's events team back up and running. Following the car-show at the start of the week, Paulo was on the lookout for a new events coordinator to continue bringing these enjoyful events to the state. While scrolling through Life Invader the CV of DOC's Ex-Warden Solomon Cobb caught Paulo's attention. Given his previous managerial experience, fun-personality and large-scale following he seemed perfect for the role. After Assembling his executives in the board room, he invited Solomon down to propose the new role to him. The excitement expressed by Paulo, Marco & James was mutually shared with Solomon who seemed keen to accept the position. We have no doubts about Solomon's performance and we greatly look forward to seeing what creative events he conjures up. While Solomon was present, Paulo inquired about his Wife's new business which she was in the process of paying off. Yuki Nakamura has now been with Assured Services for several months now where she's been working on completing a large-scale building project. Throughout the project, the quality of her work has remained exceptional having gone back and corrected errors of previous contractors out of her own pocket. Out of recognition for her continuous efforts and en-keeping with the Core Values of the company Paulo felt obligated to make a small donation towards her own personal business venture. After calling Yuki up to the boardroom where everyone awaited she was met with a slip of paper on the boardroom table. As a token of the company's immense appreciation for all of Yuki's work, Assured Services will be paying $200,000 towards her business lease. As always we will continue to maintain our efforts. In the following month we hope to see the opening of Bluff Tower which will entail exciting new opportunities for the company & also our next event hit the streets of Los Santos where we hope to find the best driver in the state!
  17. Moving Forward Nestles around the boardroom table of Maze Bank West, Paulo gathered with his colleagues to discuss their route forward. Brimming with ideas Paulo and his associates spent the next couple of hours compiling a four-point plan and setting about with their immediate plans. Firstly, we've set about deciding our next event! With a provisional date of the 22nd set our events team plans on bringing back one of our most successful events... The Pacific Bluffs Car Meet. After reaching out to his friends over at Burnout Nation and Diablos MC, Paulo was able to immediately establish some sponsorship money alongside some vehicle's provided by HeavyFlow. During his meeting, Paulo showed one Mr Don Mozzarella around the new Headquarters. During his tour, Don was particular enthusiastic about sampling the wide range of facilities the building had to offer and also shared the mutual excitement with the rest of the team about what's still to come, such as the Galaxy Bar!
  18. Ho ho HeavyFlow When you think of Christmas you might think of presents, sharing, peace, amusement, as well as countless other emotions. Well those are exactly the emotions we embodied into our service. With rugged and warm coats, Marco and Paulo were protected from the pummeling blizzard that raged through Los Santos on a white Christmas morning. Despite it being the main day, local residents had got wind, or should I say snow, of HeavyFlows new range of brand new vehicles. Being Christmas, Marco trundled down to the dealership to be the first to import all the new vehicles for the eager customers. In addition to keeping the doors open on Christmas Day, Marco has decided to kick-start 2022 with a bang by reducing all the prices, and introducing TWO new discounts systems, one for repeat customer purchases and the other for customer references. For a time of year which is all about giving, we hope to have done our part! https://sites.google.com/view/heavyflow/
  19. 2021 Reflecting on the last year... It's safe to say that 2021 has been interesting and highly productive year for Assured having opened new subsidiaries to investing into community projects. This year marked the opening of two branches Pacific Bluffs and Heavy Flow. Since opening Pacific Bluffs has flourished, having hosted 7 profitable events and firmly securing it's place as Assured's most profitable branch. In total, our new Events team has licensed and assisted over 12 events from racing derby's to Summer Beach parties and has invested $685,000 into sponsorship money to assist other businesses and organisations. Through Pacific Bluffs we've expanded our brand awareness considerably following it's record braking events which have attracted crowds of a size not yet seen in Los Santos, notably our car show which exceeded our 85 vehicle capacity. In addition to the opening of new subsidiaries Assured Services Co-Founded the Chamber Of Commerce group with Shadow Corp to help improve transparency. The attendees ranged from curious citizens looking into business, maybe how to get started, or curious of answers to questions that could change the future, to entrepreneurs, government representatives, businesses and many more. Due to the amazing turnout of the first public inquiry, and the conversations that were brought up, it was decided that these meetings are important, not only to the business owners, but to the government as well, to open up better conversation and transparency of what's going on in the city, in hopes to make improvements for everyone. Later that year, Assured Services set up a second public session following a state wide business crisis with an even greater attendance. Community outreach and giving back is a core value which Assured Services holds dear. During 2021, Assured Services became the first commercial entity to invest into a community project. With well over three quarters of a million dollars invested, spearheaded by a personal investment by Tom. Handley himself, a quaint dwelling in Stab City was revitalized as a hub for all social activity within Stab City - a shining beacon of what can be achieved if you simply make your coffee at home. There is no better definition of Assured Services success than taking a run-down, poorly treated property in an impoverished area and transforming it into a bountiful garden, with numerous trees and a positive community outlook. This investment came following the record braking year for Maze Bank West under the management of Mr. Handley who assumed the position of Financial Director and saw the company provide $4,000,000 to citizens over the course of three weeks. Assured Services has always been, and remains to this day, committed to helping those less fortunate. A core asset for a business like Assured is growing a foundation network and strengthening ties with individuals and like-minded organisations in Los Santos. Burnout Nation has arguable been one of Assured's longest allies since the appointment of James Hawkes as C.O.O who was part of the group prior to his employment at Assured. Since then both groups have been by each others side and always willing to lend a hand, whether that be sponsorship money, offering up personnel or simply asking for advise, Burnout Nation will always have a place in Assured's Heart. From strengthening relationships to forging a new one, Assured notably became close companions with Diablos MC following their kind gesture to sponsor a Pacific Bluffs Event. Following this act, Assured assisted the group with hosting their first club event, offering up their list on contacts, licenses and advise. Since then both groups have remained close partners. Looking Forward As we slowly transition into 2022, Assured Looks forward to continuing its expansion and furthering it's outreach. To kick off the year, we hope to see the completion of our new Headquarters, Bluff Towers which is being constructed by Yuki Nakamura. This new complex will open new doors for the company and serve as our central hub for activity while providing corporate office space to member of the public. Following our break in December, all Subsidiaries should be ready to start operations in the new year where we hope to deliver more record breaking events, continue financial support for the public and expand our business portfolio. Goodbye 2021
  20. Another Bump, implementing this would be extremely beneficial in improving the Private Sector Economy and the amount of interactions between business and civilians. The predominant issues that script business face like Loan Companies and Vehicle Dealerships is the inability to be on the server 24/7. The addition of management to these businesses would make them more accessible for the rest of the server and add diversity to the number of civilian jobs your character can do. As it stands, making a legal income outside of an official salary faction is very difficult with the current jobs such as Farming, Bus Driver e.c.t being very monotonous.
  21. Chamber Of Commerce - Second Public Inquiry Setting Up For the Event Following the gun store crisis, Paulo thought it necessary to reinstate the Chamber Of Commerce to help restore public trust in the government and business owners while increasing the level of transparency. Although this time he was alone in setting up the event, Paulo relished the challenge and set to work spending three weeks organizing a diverse Panel of representatives including, Commissioners, Housing and Property Bureau Director, Judges, Experiences Business Owners and Media executives. After enlisting the assistance of his COO to create a new event poster, we were all set! The Public Inquiry As the masses became to congregate at City Hall, it was apparent that this Meeting had greater public interest then the first inquiry. After kicking off the meeting with his opening statement the session was in full swing with City Hall delivering a press release on upcoming changes to licensing followed by the public's submitted questions. Each topic welcomed fruitful discussion between the panel and audience with the government being able to provide clarity on certain issues which were bought up. Unfortunately Paulo had to depart the event towards the end but was able to hand the mic over to Xoza Shadow to conclude the inquiry. Chamber Of Commerce Following the inquiry, Paulo set about scheduling a follow-up meeting between the Chamber Of Commerce representatives and the Government. This meeting should hopefully conclude all the topics brought forth in the inquiry and set about how the government intends on responding to the issues. Paulo now just awaits response from the government...
  22. A Productive Week New Subsidiary Signing At the start of the week Paulo reached out to Jim Bone, a new entrepreneur on block, regarding his recent acquisition of Total Bankers. Total Bankers holds close to Paulo's heart as it was his first business venture in Los Santos. After exchanging words over text Paulo invited Jim down to Bluff Tower where he gave Jim a tour of the premise before sitting down and proposing the prospect of signing up as a subsidiary. After presenting the offer, Jim clearly found the proposal appealing, so much so that he even asked "What's the Catch?". Fortunately there was none, and after shaking hands Total Bankers made its official reinstatement as a subsidiary of Assured! Christmas is Coming! With Christmas just around the Corner, Paulo felt it was time to spruce the building up a little bit. After a quick trip down to furniture store and a flash of the company credit card, Paulo had purchased himself $100,000 of Christmas decorations. After sprucing the place up a bit, Paulo was a little unsatisfied, he felt the new building deserved something a little more.... BOLD. After liaising with Paleto lumber Mill, he'd arranged something fitting to the scale of the building. Chamber Of Commerce And the top the week off, the next Chamber Of Commerce meeting enters the final stages of preparation. After City Hall confirmed to Paulo about the attendance of Licensing bureau and the Housing & Property Bureau we're able to commence the final preparation. Paulo will spend the next week, reaching out to business owners and representatives from all professions, and send them invitations to attend the next meeting.
  23. Thank you Umbra for your undying support!
  24. The Return of the Chamber Of Commerce? Back at the start of the year Assured Services Co-Founded the Chamber of Commerce with Shadow Corp to promote discussion and open a dialogue between Business Owners, State Officials and Citizens. The first meeting was highly successful with a large number of attendees actively participating in the discussions. During this meeting, we tackled pressing issues, resolved conflict and answered burning questions. During the time of the first meeting the state was going through a fuel crisis, now the state finds itself in a similar situation with tensions running high between the Government, Business Owners and civilians a civil discussion and open dialogue is needed to conclude these issues. Despite a government official expressing their disinterest towards a discussion Paulo has already drafted and sent off a letter of intent to the government proposing the idea. With the new auditorium complete, we just await a response...
