After a week of laying low, Underground were feeling the urge to start causing more chaos. They all knew what had to be done, so they started to prepare and build up their stock before going back to causing all out chaos around the city. Guns, money and connections are the main things Underground are working with. Even though morale was low after the raid on HQ. The Underground were more furious than ever. All they needed was a plan and things to keep them occupied until the time is right. One night they all gathered around HQ deciding what to do and when. They all voted on robbing stores to build up their cash, ready for what will come to the city. With multiple stores robbed successfully and their pockets filled with packed cash. They decided to call it a day and hand out the money. It wasn’t much, but it was something. Soon, only anarchy will thrive.

The underground were chilling at the HQ talking to a new recruit at which two bikers drove up and started throwing phrases like ‘This the gay gang?’. Mel grabbed her shotty and blasted one of the guys. The rest of UG were trying to beat down the other biker with hammers and bats but couldn't get him in time. By then a cop was driving up the road at which one of the bikers snitched and all hell broke loose. The cops downed Mel as she finished the first biker but the rest of UG split up and hid for a bit. After UG scattered the area and regrouped, Tanner and Richie both knew they had to kill the snitch. No one can snitch and get away without justice well served. So they grabbed their guns and got the new convert, Nathaniel, to go hunting. After a good hour or so of tracking the snitch down, Nathaniel caught eyes of the snitch queuing up outside LSC. As soon as the rest of Underground caught word of the snitch’s location, they drove over armed and on bikes to put the snitch down. This was a very clear and sincere message. Snitches get stitches.

On the 8th of June, Richie saw the city was quiet and there was nothing happening. The only thing he could think of right now was chaos followed by more chaos. Richie called his friend Leo to see if he was busy, when they met up at the bank and discussed what to do. At first it was the casual joke around and fuck about sorta thing, trying to annoy the government and PD by getting in their way and just deliberately making their job difficult, not that they do much anyways. After about an hour of joking about Richie had the amazing idea of making bomb threats in the city hall. So while still annoying certain GSB in the town hall Richie decided to yell out “Has our guy put the bomb down yet?” Shortly afterwards, they ran out and drove around for a bit only to come back to city hall 30 minutes later to see the same GSB and to do the same thing. This time, Richie and Leo both knew that the charge for domestic terrorism would be placed on them if there was a real bomb. So Richie went to an empty radio frequency and said, “It’s gonna blow.” Obviously none of these statements were true but Leo and Richie ran out again and left the hall for a good hour before Richie came up with a new idea that’d make the government concerned over nothing. The idea was to put a beeping device in a bag and drop it in the middle of the hall, no bombs, explosives or gunpowder, just a beeping device. Leo took his empty bag and placed a beeping device inside the bag to the point the bag would now be beeping and no one could see the contents. Leo ran into the hall with the bag and placed it by the left staircase, then they darted out of there to circle back again later with the unfortunate surprise of PD waiting. As Richie and Leo were detained the bomb squad came to the hall followed by metro and swarms of PD. Then PD decided to perform a controlled explosion inside town hall on the fake bomb, damaging the inside badly. Shortly after Leo was arrested for domestic terrorism and Richie was let go but they both knew this wouldn’t be the last thing they did. Richie and Leo met back up after the fun joke to see the damage done and even though no bombs were used, we were called terrorists in public. Not that they didn’t like it but it just gave them the all clear to do more, maybe with a real bomb next time.

As far as I'm concerned, this has now been happening for about 3-4 weeks by the same people and all they do is cause chaos until someone reacts so they can all join in the fight. It's poor rp and now getting to the point of being boring as its practically everyday this happens. I would kinda just say its NRP with how little roleplay they do just to get a reaction.
-
This is an incredible point due to certain groups and individuals that just start talking shit and acting crazy. Surely being harassed should promote the right to shoot, yet when the shooting starts the people pushing for reactions go report. It's ridiculous and doesn't make sense how people can get away with it.

+1 This is hella needed, its annoying to get on and go through new and old messages without knowing which ones were new and when they were sent.

I understand this point and yeah, I can see how it could be deemed balanced but throughout the waiting process people go afk or sit watching youtube while they wait for the process to be done. I see it as low effort due to the 0 RP done and how people go AFK. It depends on how big of a scale you are asking for. I can agree with the fuel job you did you should at at least get 4k but no more than 10k-20k cause then what's the point of all the other jobs. For most auto generated jobs the payment is fine. Yet again I don't really understand how the player based orders work but for the fuel jobs that come up like you had should have a minimum payment. If you matched the payment to a job like the fuel one you had and let's say you started to earn 23k from that job. What's the point of road working, ATM's, Fishing, mining. I can agree but only if it is balanced with the other jobs. Right now the jobs on the server are ridiculous as its better to be in DOC as a prisoner than to do freelance work.

First off I think trucking is one of the best freelance jobs you can do that is actually worth doing due to the money. I think they payment is suitable for the job because lets be real what RP is done by trucking? You drive to a depot, load, drive to location, unload, repeat. Throughout the loading and unloading people probably sit watching netflix or youtube. So I think its a good balance, if you are willing to sit there and do trucking there is little RP in fact near 0 RP done, So why should the truckers be paid more? At the same time you get paid a fair bit which builds up over time just for driving between locations pretty much avoiding other people so it is a great job to do for the money it gives (especially when player owned business order more) I'm no way against trucking as I do that whenever I have time, it's a good job to do, but truckers shouldn't be paid more for sitting AFK. If there was more RP done throughout the process then yeah I'd support this. As you said, This is why I've been digging into the amount of RP done, 35 minutes doing nothing, no interactions. As you said it's not a good rp scenario. More RP is needed before anyone can consider payments are too low. Lower effort should = lower pay not more. edit: I forgot to add, the clip you showed I believe that was a player made order, not sure how the pricing works exactly that end, I'm assuming that's on the business

+1 All of this would be a great addition.

+1 I'd like this idea specifically because of the point you made about helping new players start out. Normally new players have to grind off on freelance jobs before they get anywhere close to actually experiencing rp. For them to be allowed to have a chance would be beneficial. I am unsure about the heavy part but I'm all for this idea.

The Underground needed to show their face about the city to express the fact they are still here and that the people in power can see what chaos is yet to come. The group gathered at the HQ thinking of ways to show their face, JT came up with the idea of marking up Mission Row with spray paint. Everyone agreed with the idea and began to prepare for what they were about to do. Richie ran down to the store to get several cans of spray paint needed for the job, shoved them in a bag and brought it back to HQ. Upon return Richie laid the bag on the ground and everyone took a couple cans each then continued to discuss how they were going to do the job at Mission Row. The group got their bikes and met up in the industrial area ready to head on out to make their mark on the city, However as the group pulled up to Mission Row, several cops were around the area at which JT then said “Lets go to the town hall” over the radio. When the group reached the town hall they ran up to and around the building tagging up the area with pink paint and several messages for the people to see. Soon after they finished up, cops were arriving on scene and the group dispersed with no one caught.
