  2. I have noticed an increase in store robberies in the past few weeks. The reason for this idea was because store robberies was non existant for a few months and when people attempted it cops started camping every store ingame after 1-2 stores being robbed. which make no tactics or anything work like mentioned above. Recent week or two iv noticed cops not caring too much about a store alarm which is good for the crims. ( By responding slow, not making it a main priority and camping stores like before) The reason for the originale post was to boost the store robberies again and make them usable again with the little profit you make. Iv also noticed a few crews rolling around robbing stores with shotguns, and I dont think blasting cops with multiple heavies is good RP = Risk vs Reward. As of now the past few few weeks it seems to have worked because of SD and PD being lazy with the stores, but until they start camping it like they did before then Store robberies is little reward, specially when you are rolling with 3-4+ people. bringing heavies makes it Risk vs Reward in my opinion and does not promote good RP as it usually ends up being a shootout the moment cops respond anyways. So I would rather have fewer alarms or a script way of disabling the alarm just like the CCTV. There are many ways to make store robberies into good RP and a good thing to use on the server, but we all know how slow development is here so the only option we have is to hope admins agree with something and perhaps are able to push the devs to do it quick enough. and or hire someone to help dev -Solo store robberies for profit to solo's -Store robberies for groups like now with more profits -Safes in the back of the store working just like the house robberies, just a little quicker than the house robberies are. -Scriptly way to disable alarm like CCTV Just adding this would make store robberies ten times more fun and profitable. Specially for those who bring heavies into stores risking 25-30+k for maybe 7k each after a few stores.

  4. A suggestion might be to ad solo robbing stores. then for bigger groups they can also go for a safe in the back, perhaps almost like the safes that are in house robberies. This would make it possible for solos where they get decent amount of cash. Then for bigger groups they have a safe with money or whatever. making it more worth bigger groups

  8. Perhaps regulate it? Make it so if there is enough players/LOA's online then the alarm goes back to like it was before. If you clean the store then no alarm. But if its low amounts of LOA's online then get auto alarm like now. That might be a good idea if those night shifts are like that.
  9. I will make this super short. Remove the automatic alarm when robbing a store succesfully. Past months there has been abselutly no store robberies. This I have seen on my Cop char, there is not a single store alarm for weeks. Also on my crim account i tested and realised that its completely dogshit. Remove the automatic alarms so that people can actually rob stores without having the entire PD or SD force go camp all the stores after 1-2 stores is done. Remove the automatic alarms and take it back as it was before where the alarm dont go off if you emptied the store. Automatic alarms, marked cash does not make it worth or you do not go in profit as the cops will bust you much easier. I understand that some people wish this server to be ultra realistic, but its a game and curtain stuff cant be ultra realistic without ruining it :). Thanks!
  10. Remove private labs fully, no point having it right now. Let people refund the items as they are not usable anymore if that happens. Add back sealab tables and North tables and shit is booming. Good updates.

  12. Another idea is to perhaps add private labs as one of the official tiers bonuses for official factions. Remove all this stupid minigames and have it like cooking in private was before this new update. This way the whole gang "shares" it and it doesnt spawn money, but rather help with the drug turfs but to many members to feed money as too many gang members are in rotation for it. This would make a little more sense. And perhaps adding a timer/blocker so you can only cook "this amount" within 24 hours or 48 hours
  13. I didnt cook back then, I was told sinks used to refill waters. I guess that was false xD. But would be a good edition if they would to keep the private labs at this point and not disable it. But at this point please just let us refund the tables and vents as we are being "double penetrated" as bala mentioned. Then work on some more crim additions and fix/improve/buff the other crim options currently in the game.
  14. If im not mistaken this was teased in the "upcomming" drug update. But wouldnt this bring back the same ol thing from priate labs rn? Locked away in another dimension printing money with barely any interaction?
  15. At this point removing private labs would be much better, giving everyone that has it options to refund the lab. Then buffing the chops a little, removing the automatic store alarm again and fixing up and adding more criminal activities. This might be another topic but I was very dissapointed when I found out that the public chops was inside the labs. I was hoping they had a seperate location just like the labs. Adding more locations, more rotation. / You cant go labs and find someone cooking and chopping at the same time basically getting two birds one stone if you are looking to rob someone or whatever. There is also bugs with the new chop system which I made a bug report about, something I hope can get solved soon. As of now we feel very limited on what we can do. Stores are useless as cops will camp all the other stores when one or two store robberies goes off. Perhaps lowering the bank reset timers slightly? Jewerly store robbery would be a cool edition aswell but is also another topic. As I mentioned a few pages back, I personally hate cooking and super rarely do it as I enjoy banks, house robberies or chopping much more. I also miss the fact that big gangs/groups could run stores daily, interacting. But with the automatic alarms that has made it nearly impossible to hit more than 1-2 stores without waiting another hour before cops relax. Adding more options would fill this gap in my opinion. I completely agree with San diegos ideas. I understand the reasoning for alot of people wanting to nerf and remove labs, even tho i dissagree on it at this moment as I dont feel we have enough other things to do. Simple small additions and more jobs would be great. With all this negativity, I do appriciate the new updates that has recently been comming out. House robberies, small fixes and changes to the server like Car wash. Even tho I never used the car wash more than once its still nice to see small things like that be implemented. All creds for the devs for things like that. Long story short, adding more things to do that is more consistant might fill in the gap off those private labs and give more stuff to do. more options to choose I dont have more to discuss as iv said all that is on my mind.

Many players are old time players and simply boored of the same old Rp and etc. Public labs is the one location where its hard to be struck with DM as they basically almost can give demands on sight. So public labs are being used as the PVP areas of the map. Unlike in the city where it would ne NRP and DM just handing out demands left and right. Atleast to my understanding
  17. I can agree with points being said by every part. I understand how many feel its sitting inside property spawning cash. At some points yes it can be like that, specially if you are in an official faction where you can order it yourself or have contacts that will just fix it for you barely no RP interactions done etc. There is alot of people cooking on 50+ tables earning 90k an hour. Which is kinda lame. I never did it like this and I did it in a team effort where we was 2-3 people at all times doing it. This was basically only to tripple check nothing was missed and we didnt loose the lab. But adding more interactions that is not just there to delay and nerf us would be better. Like perhaps something of what I mentioned in the last post. If private labs would be removed completely, then add back north and sealabb. perhaps combine those labs into another big lab like the new one. Put the public chop locations in different spots than in the middle of the labs. Change the materials slightly. to either old method or lower the price even more for materials so the loss isnt too big if lost. Lower weapon prices and do small changes on the server in general balancing it a little more.
  18. I dont know by pinpoint how to fix it, I only have ideas and opinions. My opinion is that this is the wrong way to nerf the lab. What I can think off that might be a better option is to perhaps Raising the timer for the drugs, lowering the price slighlty perhaps. Keep the refilling timer add sinks back as its kinda nrp not having it. Make the drugs actually benefit you in surtain situations which makes people maybe want to sell it to players and not only NPC dealers. like health, speed and etc Remove the water minigame or keep it if the heating system goes back to normal. Vents maybe randomly faulting and you have a timer to fix it or buy new one. making it more easier to get "comped" by PD or other players. (kind of like the cleaning) Making it so only 1 drug can go in table at once, making 1 guy needing to water, 1 to fill drugs back and 1 to clean? or something. this is already a team effort and brings interactions with more players. And yes not many but it does, and players in my opinion should be able to choose something that doesnt involve 20-30 people and between close trusted members of gang or whatever. Add small details that make you unable to cook alone on 50+ tables. But so a small group/crew can. Like 1 water, 1 make sure everything is clean and another do something else. A group effort. If you spend 3-5 million and you are smart enough to not get fucked by police and other crims, why should they now be punished. with this new update I feel like they are just trying to remove it but stil have it as a thing. If they really dont want private labs on the server, jsut remove them and let us refund all the items.
