So how does it work. You sign a contract with myself. That contract states that you would like to rent the apartment for 10 weeks. So you pay 9 payments off 'Rental' for the apartment. The 10th payment for the apartment would include the keys, and the deeds to the apartment handed over to you with full ownership. This is a way to help people to get on the property ladder and not feel that they are throwing money away by renting, as at the end of it, you will OWN the property outright. What's even better, is although this kind of a loan, there is ZERO interest on these apartments. I will be searching Los Santos regularly to expand a portfolio and to add further properties to this list.   13. A suggestion to improve the freelance jobs dotted around the city. Gain exp for the job you are doing. Fishing for example. The more you fish, the more exp you get for that particular freelance job. Rewards for the exp could be you catch a rare fish every now and again. Or it takes you less time between catching a fishy. This could be done for all of the freelance jobs. More exp means it takes less time to drill for oil, or mine an ore. Obviously the reduction in time or chance to get something rate to sell should be capped.
  14. If you have family like this, raise your glass, if not, raise your standards. There is always time for a beer with family, if you dont have time, make time.
  15. Just a suggestion. What if instead of the bags that you carry around, a backpack could be implemented into the game. For example if you are carrying a briefcase or a bag, and you are riding a motorcycle or bicycle, when you go above 40 you drop it. I suggest a backpack that can be 'worn' in a new slot similar to clothing, which increases your inventory by the same amount as the normal bag. Can be used on motorcycles and bicycles and this backpack does not need to be 'carried'
