  2. Player(s) being reported: ID 108, ID 118, ID 133, 4th ID unknown but logs should show since they were the one that finished me Date of interaction reported: 03/MAY/2024 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1714700890 Your character name: Tyler Castro Other player(s) involved: Unknown Specific rule(s) broken: 16. Hacking and Exploits Modifying Game Files to Gain Unfair Advantages Players are not allowed to modify their game files to gain unfair advantages over other players. Such as (but not limited to): removing graphical aspects of the game which you otherwise can't remove through the game settings, which allows you to e.g. see players better. You can't for example remove vegetation/other objects outside of what the in-game settings allow How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) Whilst ESM was holding the dam lab with rooks, we kidnapped 2 OTF. This whole scenario led to a small shootout between 2 ESM and and some OTF, the whole time I was never involved in the shootout or any consequent conflict until I died. When the rest of ESM and rooks were dealing with the 2 injured ESM being transported to pillbox myself and one of the rooks were left alone in the lab, we then let the hostage go as we heard a lot of vehicles in the area which were called out to be OTF. We then jumped into the lake and swam directly across away from the lab running up the hill on the other side, as we were running up we heard vehicles pulling up so I hid inside a bush. We heard the car pull up directly above us before immediately taking fire from them, whilst hiding in the bush I wouldn't have been visible and my ID wouldn't have been showing due to me crouching. The shooters may have seen me enter the bush but from the shots that were fired from one of the shooters they seemed to know exactly where I was and acted as if there was no bush there at all. This makes me believe that they have removed foliage and bushes completely which is much more than you can do with regular GTA settings. Could of just been a lucky few shots but I thought it was worth checking out. Evidence of rule breach https://youtu.be/xSqbuzY_05Q?si=bfGAXflrvBLYW2g7
  3. Hey, I do not have footage from the Tinsel Tower incident as at the time it was not of importance and by the time anything started with the same individual it was way past the point where I could get any footage as my POV only goes back 15 minutes. At the time I didn't assume anything more would come of that minor incident. In the first situation, yes I did drag a gun into my inventory from the glovebox however I never withdrew the gun or threatened you in any way, there was no active threat against you however you decided to use your vehicle as a weapon and hit me. In the second situation, you hit me once with the car which seemed fair since I was attempted to flee. As soon as I got back up and unlocked the car you proceeded to ram me for a second time injuring me and taking any possible fun rp away from the situation. There was no attempt to make contact with the leader as aforementioned by Charlie which was confirmed through Callum Goat after the situation had concluded as I was sorting out this report, they just found the first person that looked like ESM and started causing issues until I came and spoke to them personally about the situation which ended how you've previously seen. As far as I can tell there was no intention of RP throughout this scenario, it was just a minor situation blown out of proportion so you could use it as an excuse to look for trouble as is a reoccurring theme with some of midnight club.
  4. Player(s) being reported: ID 85 Date of interaction reported: 30/APR/2024 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1714500911 Your character name: Tyler_Castro Other player(s) involved: Mylah Howard, Miles Castro, Joaquin Castro Specific rule(s) broken: 3. Deathmatching (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without proper IC motive and/or interaction. Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. Players on foot should only be attempted to be hit by a vehicle once with a valid motive. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) After accidentally running someone over outside Tinsel Towers, I was approached and chased by the same guy multiple times asking for an apology for running him over. Since I wasn't at fault and he ran in front of my whilst I was travelling at a high rate of speed I ignored him and drove off, he then found me again hanging out talking to 2 individuals by ESM hq, they then tackled me off of my bike and attacked me multiple times causing me to be fairly hurt. I then got on my bike and drove back off before stalling and hopping off of my bike where I was run over for the first time by them, as soon as I got up I opened fire on their car causing them to spin out and crash further down the road. Due to me being fairly injured at the time I took off and stashed my bike at integrity apartments before hopping in Miles Castro's kamacho. We then headed back to ESM HQ where we sat there for a period of time before I was called over the radio to come and talk to the guys, after a brief talk with them where they demanded the "Tec" I had previously used. I moved away to talk on radio and discussed a plan with the rest of ESM that were on frequency, whilst doing this I attempted to get in Miles Castro's kamacho yet again where I was ran over, I then got up and attempted to get back into the kamacho and they purposely sped back up ramming me again and injuring me. Everyone was really confused so they attempted to put me into a trunk where the MC individuals executed me shortly after I was placed in there. Evidence of rule breach Evidence will be provided upon request as it contains staff chat. ID 85 was also requested to save POV :

  6. +1 Running around DOC is chaos with this hotkey as it ends up with you tackling every door whilst trying to respond to things.
  7. -1 I enjoy the function and have utilised it from both a criminal and legal side, I don't see any downside to this function other than its weird hotkey placing. Like was said before give people time to adjust and I'm sure it'll be a good thing as it adds variety and more script support to what people do through rp anyways. From a legal side this adds more variety and more opportunities for RP especially with this function being enabled for both LEO and crim From a crim side it leaves resisting to more than just luck with /dice, it also prevents people from running from RP by adding a script alternative. I feel that it could be abused by a small number of people but also it just replaces "/me attempts to grab the man" if it is used properly and in the correct scenarios. Anyone who has used the tackle feature knows that the range is limited and you have to be fairly accurate for it to actually work, from a crim perspective its a lot easier to predict than someone running up to you and typing out rp then basing the outcome on the result of a /dice.
  8. +1, don't know why this hasn't been thought of before as it doesn't really make sense how it currently is
  9. Not necessarily, chicken burgers here in the UK use chicken filets most of the time and I have never once heard anyone call them a chicken sandwich. Going off the definition that's right but it changes depending on where you are in the world.
  10. I mean that is a good idea except there are always some outliers with high-ish xp that still don't know commands or returning players that aren't familiar with the new commands.
  11. A hamburger is a beef patty, if it's a chicken "patty" it would be a chicken burger
  12. I don't agree with the original post but some sort of benefit out of shooting at police would be good but I know that's going to immediately be shut down with the same argument that people would hunt cops which would probably happen knowing a lot of crims. It would be good if a balance was found between these but there's gonna be issues whether is changed it stays the same. For example cops being fined for losing weaponry if they die but that sorta breached NLR from the server side.
  13. -1 Probably not useful for th crim aspect but from a legal side a lot of the time it's useful to check someone's XP if they aren't responding so you can work out if they may need a little assistance with commands and responding to rp
  14. Yeah my first point was the main one and if it wasn't agreed that that was a helpful fix it was some other options that might help.
  15. That was a response to his question rather than a situation relating to the original statement. I understand that but I'm saying generally there isn't a need for anything over 100AP from the LEO side, I'm not even saying it should be a fair fight between crims and cops because it shouldn't be all I'm saying is that it's unnecessary these days to actually need that high levels of AP especially with the gang cap being lowered.
  16. I mean it's an quite a common occurrence but that's another discussion
  17. I mean at the end of the day you'll have a different experience to me, but every in my experience it most commonly occurs when a bank is hit or a shootout happens between LEO and crims cops decide to run in with not a care in the world and try to take fights even when they are heavily outnumbered rather than waiting for backup partially due to poor judgement from the officer partially due to the fact that they have the advantage of not having to worry about being shot at the same way crims do. I know that tactics are involved for a lot of pre-planned situations but when they randomly appear through roleplay this isn't taken into consideration and it's just who has the better gun and who can tank more shots. Edit: remembered an example from today which partially proves my point, during a mandem/shadows bank today we were about 20 strong mainly armed with .50s in case of PD response. A swat officer who is riding solo and about 2 minutes ahead of any other backup parked up outside the bank completely in the open and hopped out to which he was then immediately killed by us. This sort of moves away from my main point but it is an answer to your original question.
  18. I'm just saying in general the level of AP should be lowered this isn't based off of any specific experience with SWAT. I'm saying that this level of AP was probably necessary back in the day but I don't see any need for it these days, it just means cops act like juggernauts rather than focusing on tactics from personal past experience and stories I've heard from others. I've been in SD myself and 100ap constant was just completely unnecessary and only required in the biggest shootouts we had.
  19. What kind of armour do you think that would be realistically comparable to? Other than a bombsuit. And would swat operators actually use this kind of armour? As swat yourself do you feel that there is any need for 200ap anymore? If you lowered it then you could have more of a focus on tactics rather than just running in like juggernauts
  20. This may have something that has been said before but I just wanted to comment on my view of this from being on both the crim and LEO side of this. I have a few points to make: 1) Firstly I believe that anything above 100ap is unrealistic and should be removed from LEO factions but I know that this idea will just be hated on by the METRO and SED players than constantly run this. Other than a bomb disposal suit nothing should be this powerful so my idea was to reduce regular patrol cops to 50ap and have DB, SIB, SED, and METRO have access to 100ap, I think 150-200 was a necessity a while back when gangs had 40+ members and cops were heavily outnumbered but these days it seems like overkill. 2) My next point is about reducing the price of AP for import, maybe by 5k not that it's too expensive but having it more easily accessible would create better situations. So we have 100ap at 15k, 75ap at 10k, and 50ap at 5k since its not really very useful anyways especially when going up against LEO. 3) Lastly if it isn't agreed that the first point is something that may help the community access to 150ap and 200ap should extend across to crim as well as LEO, it makes no sense why it isn't already accessible. 4) Add some sort of sluggishness effect when using higher AP armour as it makes no sense that you can still move freely and speedily with that much protection on that realistically weigh a lot
  21. I think a simple fix to all of this is making it so that you can access the contents of a bag whilst it is on your person, just how you would be able to IRL, I'm not saying make it instant but you could have a quick action timer when taking things in/out of the bag. In my opinion this is what makes the most sense.
