Spawn infinite vehicles (as long as there is parking space)

Issue/bug you are reporting: 

• You can spawn multiple work cars (hearses) and only the last vehicle remains tagged as your "work vehicle"
• Newly spawned hearses cannot be removed with /returnvehicle

Expected behavior:  

Either:

1. Spawn one hearse only
2. Spawn multiple, but also allow the removal of them with /returnvehicle 

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: 

• Press [Y] to become coroner 
• Get out of hearse
• Press [Y] to become coroner 
• See new car spawns
• Press [Y] to become coroner 
• and so on
