But on a side note, I've got nothing against prisoners trying to escape (although that happens rarely), when thought of in a good way, then sure. I think the NCZ was implemented to prisoners can't attack cops when the prisoners outnumber them since there would be multiple guards.

at the moment its a no crime zone because we need on the server more police men, and we need prison guards. so therefore yes  the founders and staff could change this in the future into a crime zone but at the moment it is not posible. there is however a post from one of the staff members under suggestion to do some changes to the prison life.

Right, because you can walk into a prison with weapons and save people? That makes no sense.
