There are many that feel that the current state of RP is severely lacking. I am one of those chaps. I do agree with musket however in that there is much heavy rp to be had. But sadly things often take a turn for the more light/gta online experience when you have a large influx of players. The admins are currently swamped with reports and do the best they can with trying to monitor the server and handle things fairly. I Agree with your original post of harsher punishments, but also feel that admins tend to hand out punishments a bit too easily as well...so im a +/- atm.

Right, because you can walk into a prison with weapons and save people? That makes no sense.

+1 You dont die IRL so this argument seems invalid. That's going along the lines of "If you damage your police cruiser you have to pay to repair it."

I love this concept. The national guard only deploys to help the citizenry or when something horrible is happening, like a 100 man gang war. But I've mentioned something like this before and it was shot down sadly.

There are several beautiful uniforms within gta. Sure most of them are unrelated such as highway patrol and sherrifs. But the lspd has some really nice ones. And there are swat specific uniforms as well. Currently, Swat looks like bank robbers. I know yall are busy but I'd really enjoy seeing some updated ones. Please n Thanks.

My issue with the removal is simply that I feel it wont fix anything. The people abusing super cars should be handled/instructed on proper fear rp/veh fearrp. Removing supercars only punishes those who admire high end vehicles. The issue will remain that people with the mentality and attitude that abused SC's will continue to do so, only with other vehicles. The issue is not the vehicle, but poor rp and poor player interactions.

Hmmm. I see yalls point. Instead of a PMC, perhaps just priavte security. IE Bodyguards? They company would be legit with permits/registration etc.

I would like to propose a creation of a government faction, Merryweather Security. The concept behind the faction is drawn from the core game itself, a private military group that works off contracts. Possible implementation of work would be contracted personal security. They could be hired to protect anyone or anything from a rich criminal to a convicted high threat convict to court. They could even be contracted by LSPD in case of threat or emergency. The benefit to the server would provide a more militaristic approach outside of LSPD and civilian. The military base could be put to use and several interesting events/rp concepts can be derrived from such a company.
