SkyeFuryy
CEO Louise Hoffman executing the basics of business management and reaching out to the local newspaper to purchase ad space. Great service from Weazle Employee Bellden Copper who came straight to her front doorstep at 01:35AM. SkyeFuryy
As they say, the early bird gets the worm. Creating a company is easy, but growing that company is hard. You need work ethic and lots of hours put into it. Setting your alarm for 5AM, driving miles to get the perfect shots, it's all necessary. 1
SkyeFuryy
Sunday 12th of September. Reaching goals sometimes means taking time out of our days-off to respond to mails and texts. Today was no exception for Louise and co-founder Wes, which turned out to be the busiest day of the week for them. Meetings were scheduled, visits were done, and handshakes were exchanged. SkyeFuryy
Since the departure of Wes McLoughlin, Louise Hoffman had to take to dealing with all sides of the business: - Photos and editing - Online marketing - Visits and consultations - Negotiating - Networking It wasn't easy, and she often got overwhelmed with the amount of work that demanded her attention. But finally, after a week of tackling the business agenda head on, she was finally afloat and starting to feel organized and prepared again. With the opening of the Property and Housing Bureau at the SAGOV, Ms Hoffman was able to submit her application to finally own a business property. A place where she could freely bring her tenants and partners in for meetings and contract signings. It also meant she could finally begin hiring with the surplus of money she was making from her business, which would ultimately relieve some of the strain she was feeling as a solo agent. 1
