Re-sell furniture back to the store at 75% price.

I've been loving the new building adjustments, as well as others, but if we could sell the furniture I believe it would be a big increase to people trying more building. If we could sell it for 75% of the money we paid or something.

 

• People could try out more builds or furniture placements, without worrying about losing money just to see how it looks there.
• Criminals would have a decent reason to actually try and steal peoples un-placed furniture items.
• Why not?

There are other areas of the server where players are forced to waste more money where they should not have to.

- Clothing

- Firearms

There's no system to help players from losing money despite it possible.

Someone needs to make a used furniture business. It's a gap in the market that can get furniture cheap.

Why make an NPC do it when someone can do it for RP?

If someone had set up a pawn shop. That would be amazing, alot of people would have things to sell and people could buy things for cheaper. Would create massive new RP Scenarios
