Someone keeps filling wheat bags with cement and leaving them in the middle of the road

Issue/bug you are reporting: Wheat bags are impenetrable which is not very realistic and due to the location of farms can lead to them being placed in roads causing chaos. When you hit one it's like hitting a bag of cement, hence the title

Suggestion to resolve: Allow vehicles to pass-through wheat bags (I understand garbage bags have the same issue but I've not crashed in to as many of them when compared to wheat bags).

They are set to be collisionless, so should not cause such problems, however I think that RAGE fails to synchronize that attribute, hopefully it will not be a problem in RAGE v0.4
