Cannot access my account for the Government forums

Issue Being Reported: i have been unable to access my account for the government section of the forums, i have tried sending a password reset and have not received any emails about it

Yes i am aware they are seperate accounts, i have used it previouslt for my gun license, i  have tried sending password resets for it and have not recieved anything and the page to contact to board admin has no info on it.

I still have no access to this account and am not receiving password reset emails? Can you help my access the account or allow me to create a new one linked to my character?
