ElisabethC Posted February 23, 2021 Report Share Posted February 23, 2021 Issue Being Reported: When I connect to the English server (using direct connect or the RAGE menu), I am presented with a ban for a player on the Lithuanian server. I have never played on said server, nor has anyone on my home WiFi. I haven't played on any RAGE-server for the whole of '20, so there is absolutely no way this could have been me. I don't even know who this person is. I have had this issue once before after moving to a new location in '18, where NBDY was kind enough to solve this issue for me. Trying to connect to the Lithuanian server puts me in a loading loop. Logging into the panel goes flawlessly, I have no (perma)bans on my record. I wasn't the person that was banned - my IP is attached to this person on the LTU server even though I have no idea how that happened. As far as I can remember, the forumspace for ban appeals is to re-evaluate a ban that was placed on your character/person. That isn't the case in this scenario. It still needs to be investigated, so posting it in the ban appeals section would be your best bet, it's also viewed more often so it could resolve your issue earlier.
