Guru_Sappo Posted February 15, 2018 Report Posted February 15, 2018 I updated my GTMP files through nbdyltu's guide on discord but now when i try to load up GTMP for any server it just loads as singleplayer GTA. This is really strange and i'm not too sure what else to do about getting on the server any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Albatrosgaminng Posted February 16, 2018 Report Posted February 16, 2018 (edited) @Guru_Sappo IF YOU ARE GETTING ANY ERROR OR NOT ABLE TO JOIN FOLLOW AND DO THIS (It worked for everyone) 1. Uninstall GTMP and all stuffs related to GTMP. 2. Then if you have edited your Hosts file (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts) then drag the Hosts file to your desktop. 3. Now go to https://gt-mp.net/download/ and downlaod the launcher. 4. Launch GTMP normally and once you are in the menu where you can Direct connect servers and ETC quit GTMP and close GTMP launcher. 5. Now go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc 6. Right click on Hosts file and open it with notepad . (IF you had dragged your hosts file to Desktop then drag it back in) 7. Now add ```127.0.0.1 master.mta-v.net``` in the last line. (Check photo below for example) 8. Save the file and close it. 9. Yes, we were blacklisted due to them being upset we are transferring to a new platform and had the new platform logo various places already. They state we violated their EULA but nowhere does it mention anything of the nature and thus we did not. We will soon be moving to Rage MP client which is much more stable. Let me know if you still need help, we have #helpdesk on discord with pins on how to do everything as well as a video on youtube that will help you bypass the blacklist.
